Flutter’s seamless integration within Android Studio makes the development process feel smooth and efficient. As an indie developer who has published games like Balloop Fun and Archery Sky, I’ve found the UI/UX design capabilities to be excellent. Connecting a physical phone for real-time testing is straightforward and hassle-free, which is a big advantage when you’re working solo. Overall, it supports rapid prototyping of both the interface and the logic while keeping everything in a single codebase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While the UI framework is excellent, animation performance in gaming scenarios still feels fairly standard; there’s definitely room to improve fluidity and make it feel more high-end. The framework is also quite resource-heavy. During development, high RAM usage often causes system lag or even temporary freezes on mid-range machines. On top of that, the final app bundle size tends to be larger than native applications, which is a common drawback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
