This product is a complete waste of money. **What do you dislike about Pyxl?** Your customer service is crap, your AI doesn't work. No one at your company responds to any calls or other messaging. But consider your use and the long term when entering. If you are able to continue they wil surely keep you on the forefront of your consumers mind. **What problems is Pyxl solving and how is that benefiting you?** Pyxl allowed us to see competitive research for our marketing campaigns, to see strategies for optimizing outcome, positioning our brand, and process automation. Our previous IT Manager had made a huge mistake causing our stock to drop in the minds of our customers. As result, our emails were going straight to spam. It took us having to get in with Pyxl to bring this to our attention, and help us refocus to grab the customers attention and increase profit exponentially. ### 3. Predominately, they are pompous know-it-alls. If you like being spoken down to and treated like you are inferior, then this is the team to work with. **What do you like best about Pyxl?** They do pretty decent work, they are just not the best people to work with. **What do you dislike about Pyxl?** The attitudes.
