Fast leads and in overall. quality is not to bad. i believe there is space for improvement

a bit confusing return policy. the company should streamline the return process and make it easier for customers

**What do you like best about PX?**

PX has robust functionality that enables lead buyers to assign appropriate payouts to each respective publisher based on historical performance. They have a nice suite of integrations with third party lead validation and compliance solutions. Their product team lives and breathes host and post lead generation, which gives them a great pulse on upcoming trends. 

**What do you dislike about PX?**

I'd love to see more options under the campaign settings section, such as geo-targeting or day-parting options. 

**What problems is PX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PX gives Vivint transparency with respect to the domains from which leads are being posted. Such visibility allows publisher-level payouts to be assigned in a turnkey fashion.

**What do you like best about PX?**

I enjoy their customer service and how PX is constantly working on being better. They are numbers focused and take feed back very well. 

**What do you dislike about PX?**

Lack of consistency in the quality of lead. 

Need to have more of a brand and create a higher quality client experience.

Work on the client Journey and brand name.

We are working on creating a high quality mortgage lead that meets the standards of the 2019 mortgage world.

**What do you like best about PX?**

The ease of use for their platform. It allowed us to quickly evaluate our performance across several different campaigns. We could quickly tweak things as needed which added a lot of value to our lead generation.

**What do you dislike about PX?**

The lead quality was an issue. Using the platform, though, helped us see the variance in lead quality. We could see what campaigns were working and what wasn't. We could make daily that allowed us to maximize the volume from these channels. 

**What problems is PX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to bring in a variety of leads that fill our top line sales funnel. These helps our sales staff meet quotas and have solid conversations with potential customers.

**What do you like best about PX?**

As far as affiliate platforms, they have a solid UI. 

**What do you dislike about PX?**

Most of the UX. Most of the customer support. Lead quality is for the most part incredibly low. Again this in home services niche, other niches may be better. 

Honestly it's just generally an incredible difficult company to do business with. Tons of back and forth with support team making promised only to never fulfill them.

If you are one of the biggest companies in the United States, possible a future with PX. Otherwise don't want sales team time. 

**What problems is PX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Volume. Only reason why you'd use PX is if you need mass volume.

I'm disappointed to see a review like this, since we strive to make each of our client/customer interactions successful, even if it's simply on the level of setting expectations.

About the platform:
While this is our marketplace, these are not our leads. Our platform connects buyers to a multitude of publishers and sources for leads. Buyers can then use tools within PX to optimize efforts. The platform identifies how each source is performing and buyers can immediately act to either increase/decrease the payout or turn off that source if they choose.  

Our marketplace is unique in that the platform UI gives buyers (and sellers) a pretty complete view into what's working and what is not.

**What do you like best about PX?**

I like the various reports we can generate in the platform. 

**What do you dislike about PX?**

PX is not very user friendly. Every time I want to create custom reports, I have to contact support. Also, they are limited when it comes to lead generation/affiliate marketing features such as pre-ping, including/excluding marketing partners etc. 

**What problems is PX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PX allows us to set up campaigns for our lead generation business. It also allows us to manage our marketing partners and view stats on both sales/marketing.

**What do you like best about PX?**

Lots of potential to optimize campaigns and scale efficient sources.  Very cheap leads.

**What do you dislike about PX?**

Platform is laggy and slow. Takes a long time to export leads data and sometimes large data exports simply don't work. Dispositions don't always get uploaded, it seems.  Need an easy way to customize/rename columns based on imported data and KPIs.  Nearly impossible to get leads on the phone and their conversion rate is bad.

Efficient lead generation.

We’re constantly working to improve performance (speed), and I apologize for the experience on those issues.

The disposition feature was enhanced greatly in Dec/Jan to keep up with demand and improve user experience; it’s now among our fastest features. We also began offering service to upload disposition files for buyers on a daily basis. Uploads will soon be available via API.

Customized naming of columns per vertical and per your KPIs is now available through our Customer Success Managers and soon you will be able to do it directly from the UI.

The PX Platform has revolutionized how we look at the lead business and solved many of the problems we have faced.

The platform has a great U/X design, but they still need to make small improvements on glitches.

We utilize PX to lead score from our publishers who in the past had been moving targets with lead quality.

What I disliked was having to try to remember everything that I needed to include. This was fault of my own and not a reflection of the company.

High CPA and PX is the only site that you can't just download a list of purchased leads from.

**What do you like best about PX?**

I like that PX offers full visibility into real-time reporting & lead scoring.  This allows me to work closely with partners to maximize on lead volume & track back-end performance.

In addition, the Disposition Engine allows me to upload conversion data & track campaign performance relative to client's ROI goals.

**What do you dislike about PX?**

It is difficult at times to make campaign changes on the go using a mobile device.  

**What problems is PX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am constantly utilizing the PX platform to optimize campaign performance for the key clients that I manage.  There are many levers that one can pull to ensure campaigns are meeting & exceeding target performance metrics - such as adjusting campaign level filters, prioritizing/blocking traffic source & adjusting payout rules to increase bids on leads that are more likely to convert into a sale.

**What do you like best about PX?**

Our previous solution lacked automation, creating inefficiencies. Resulting in various barriers and hiccups in day-to- day operations. We worked closely with Jeff and Woo to customize the system and build out new custom functionalities, which is absolutely priceless and decreased our need to have technical people on staff. Phillip and all the support team have been great to work with and very helpful in helping our business grow. The system has saved us hundreds of thousands in buildout, support, and the headache of doing it ourselves.

**What do you dislike about PX?**

We haven't experienced any issues, we are happy with the product and the support we receive.

**What problems is PX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We faced various barriers as we were attempting to expand operations. We found ourselves overwhelmed with redundant processes and the inability to scale. With PX we built a solution that has become the foundation for our business as we scale. In the past seven months, we have increased revenue by 2326% and have seen a lead volume increase of 1655%

**What do you like best about PX?**

The customer service. The team is always available to help me out and is prompt in response regarding technical questions. The majority of the time, I introduce the PX support team directly to my clients and vendors to work with directly, so nothing gets lost in translation. I am confident in the team enough to trust them with speaking on behalf of my company to my partners.

**What do you dislike about PX?**

The setup/maintenance can be a bit technical. If the customer service support did not exist, I would not be able to set up this system or maintain it myself. Other comparable products on the market are a bit easier to use, so the support from the PX team is largely necessary. 

**Recommendations to others considering PX:**

PX seems like a new product and has an upstart vibe to it, so don't expect to have an out-of-box solution provided to you on day 1. The team more than makes up for that with their eagerness to help you setup everything and customize your product. Other comparable software programs can provide you with the basics, ready to go, but do not seem to be building on that technology at all; With PX, you can tell they are actively working on improving their product and that the product itself will outperform competitors over time.

We utilizing PX for Lead-generation software services. The benefit of using PX is that it allows us to leverage more technical-savvy partners to generate high-volume, targeted traffic.

They have a great work ethic and resolve problems expeditiously.  PX has done everything they promised across the board and have never let me down.  

**What do you dislike about PX?**

At first I was not a big fan of the interface but after using it for 2 months it is all logically in place and is has a natural work flow.

**What problems is PX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PX Helped us automate our affiliate marketing leads, gave us great insight into our publishers lead scoring and help us avoid fraudulent leads. We had a problem differentiating leads that came into www.excelcapmanagement.com forms and px resolved all of our routing automation etc.

Some of the navigation isn't intuitive. It takes time to find many features.

Its focused on US usage and less world wide. Needs  to develop PX to also recieve data from buyer to support LTV and goals oriened results (not only lead selling)
