What do you like best about PX?

PX has robust functionality that enables lead buyers to assign appropriate payouts to each respective publisher based on historical performance. They have a nice suite of integrations with third party lead validation and compliance solutions. Their product team lives and breathes host and post lead generation, which gives them a great pulse on upcoming trends. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PX?

I'd love to see more options under the campaign settings section, such as geo-targeting or day-parting options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PX?

The ease of use for their platform. It allowed us to quickly evaluate our performance across several different campaigns. We could quickly tweak things as needed which added a lot of value to our lead generation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The lead quality was an issue. Using the platform, though, helped us see the variance in lead quality. We could see what campaigns were working and what wasn't. We could make daily that allowed us to maximize the volume from these channels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PX?

What do you dislike about PX?

Most of the UX. Most of the customer support. Lead quality is for the most part incredibly low. Again this in home services niche, other niches may be better.

Honestly it's just generally an incredible difficult company to do business with. Tons of back and forth with support team making promised only to never fulfill them.

If you are one of the biggest companies in the United States, possible a future with PX. Otherwise don't want sales team time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm disappointed to see a review like this, since we strive to make each of our client/customer interactions successful, even if it's simply on the level of setting expectations.

About the platform:

While this is our marketplace, these are not our leads. Our platform connects buyers to a multitude of publishers and sources for leads. Buyers can then use tools within PX to optimize efforts. The platform identifies how each source is performing and buyers can immediately act to either increase/decrease the payout or turn off that source if they choose.

Our marketplace is unique in that the platform UI gives buyers (and sellers) a pretty complete view into what's working and what is not.

What do you like best about PX?

What do you dislike about PX?

PX is not very user friendly. Every time I want to create custom reports, I have to contact support. Also, they are limited when it comes to lead generation/affiliate marketing features such as pre-ping, including/excluding marketing partners etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PX?

Lots of potential to optimize campaigns and scale efficient sources. Very cheap leads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PX?

Platform is laggy and slow. Takes a long time to export leads data and sometimes large data exports simply don't work. Dispositions don't always get uploaded, it seems. Need an easy way to customize/rename columns based on imported data and KPIs. Nearly impossible to get leads on the phone and their conversion rate is bad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you for the feedback, as it shapes our product development.

We’re constantly working to improve performance (speed), and I apologize for the experience on those issues.

The disposition feature was enhanced greatly in Dec/Jan to keep up with demand and improve user experience; it’s now among our fastest features. We also began offering service to upload disposition files for buyers on a daily basis. Uploads will soon be available via API.

Customized naming of columns per vertical and per your KPIs is now available through our Customer Success Managers and soon you will be able to do it directly from the UI.
