Pulse365 Reviews & Product Details

Pulse365 is a CRM with a built-in phone system, designed for businesses that manage relationships across calls, pipelines, and follow-up sequences. Most growing teams run a CRM in one place, a separate dialer in another, and a spreadsheet to hold the rest together. The gaps between those tools are where leads get lost. Pulse365 replaces that stack with a single platform: built-in calling, full contact and pipeline management, automated follow-up, and real-time analytics, all connected. Key features: - Built-in phone system: Make and receive calls from inside the platform. Every call is automatically logged to the contact record with no manual entry required. - Full CRM: Manage contacts, pipeline stages, notes, custom fields, and complete activity history from one dashboard. - Automated follow-up sequences: Build multi-step workflows triggered by time or events. Follow-ups run automatically so nothing slips through. - Real-time analytics: Track team call activity, pipeline movement, and conversion metrics with interactive dashboard widgets. - Call recording: Record calls for compliance and quality review. - SMS messaging: Send and receive text messages from inside Pulse365, with conversations connected to the right contact record. - Industry-specific modules: Auto-enabled based on your industry at signup. Insurance teams get a full Insurance Agency module covering policy management, renewals calendar, claims tracking, COI requests, and carrier management. First Responder distributors get a dedicated module for government contract management, procurement tracking, and product certification workflows. - Operations modules: Optional add-ons for teams with broader needs, including Quotes, Customer Success tracking, Inventory Management, and Maintenance Scheduling. - State licensing compliance: Built-in tools for businesses managing licensed agents or staff across multiple states. - Developer API: REST API access for connecting Pulse365 to your existing tools and workflows.
