The live chat options is easy to use. Everything is in the same place and there are different options to reach solutions

There isn't anything I particularly dislike

The issue of live chat to assist customers in real time

**What do you like best about Pubble?**

Easy to integrate inside your website. You can customize it to match the look and feel of your website. Once integrated it will blend in seamlessly. Provider links and logos are not intrusive.

**What do you dislike about Pubble?**

There is a big gap between the free and paid versions as far as the price goes. I would love to see more ala carte options with some mid-range fees around $10 to $20/mo. to accommodate small size organizations.

**What problems is Pubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pubble allows you to integrate the ability to answer questions on your website live without someone standing by and being available on a live chat platform full or even part-time.
