What do you like best about PTminder?

It's really easy to set up and use. It takes away most of the admin from a PT and makes life so much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you're into online coaching - it's not quite as well set up for this, but it is totally doable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering PTminder:

It's a great system and I highly recommend it. It takes the admin out of running a business and lets client do their own bookings. The calendar is really easy to use, clients can book themselves in and make payments directly. Workout planning is simple and straightforward as well - creating new exercises not in the library is quick and easy and assigning workouts to clients takes no time at all. The texting feature is also really helpful - there is no excuse for clients to miss sessions as they get both email and text reminders beforehand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PTminder solving and how is that benefiting you?

Clients can book their sessions directly, they can book onto classes directly, manage payments and personal details - meaning that I don't have to. It also keeps track of payments and charges plus I can log expenses using the system so this makes accounting much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
