**What do you like best about ptEnhance?**

We use it for all phases of my gym. It allows us to run a membership site that helps me plan and deliver quality nutrition and fitness programs for my clients both online and offline. It has an e-commerce area for all its packages, products, etc. It also contains an excellent schedule tracker. You develop your client's fitness programs based on their physical priorities.

**What do you dislike about ptEnhance?**

In the videos, some teach a very poor technique. The written instructions that come with the video are often difficult for my clients to understand and are inadequate. Use mainly exercise description videos that we have filmed and uploaded ourselves. You have no integration with social networks. Other platforms we have seen have Facebook integrations that allow clients to share updates and milestones.

**Recommendations to others considering ptEnhance:**

Ease of use, we like the programming format more than other similar software options we have tried. Incredible customer service. Every time we experienced a failure or had a question, they resolved it very quickly.

**What problems is ptEnhance solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clients log in to ptEnhance and see their programs in real time. They have everything within the site. They enter their exercise and nutrition programs and have the option to print it or use their cell phone to access their program at the gym. You are the master of everything: you can choose from hundreds and hundreds of exercise videos and you can also upload your own.
