Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract, plus additional usage. Payment can be made upfront or in installments according to contract terms. Longer commitments come with discounts: save up to 3% on a 12-month contract, up to 7% on a 24-month contract, and even more on a 36-month contract. Usage beyond what's covered in the contract is billed separately as overage charges. Additional AWS infrastructure costs may also apply.

For a 1-month contract, three pricing tiers are available:

BASIC (minimum 10 users) — $55 per user/month. Designed to improve sales force efficiency in HCP (healthcare professional) interactions.
ADVANCED (minimum 20 users) — $85 per user/month. Equips teams with remote communication and marketing tools.
ENTERPRISE (minimum 20 users) — $120 per user/month. Offers advanced features suited for large organizations.
