The non-doc verification solution based on SSN and phone number is amazing!

**What problems is Prove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prove is helping us address our U.S. customer onboarding challenge by offering a non-doc solution. Previously, we required users to upload their IDs, which many saw as too much hassle—especially when they were out and about. Not everyone carries an ID with them, so when they were prompted to take a photo of it to get verified, they often abandoned the verification flow. As a result, we lost a lot of potential customers. 

Prove solved this by verifying new users using only their SSN and phone number, which made the onboarding flow seamless and significantly boosted new customer onboarding in the U.S.

**What do you like best about Prove?**

I find Prove easy to use and easy to onboard, which is really important for our team. The support team is really good and stays on top of our needs, sharing updates on what they're working on. From a partnership perspective, it's been fantastic. When working with their team and their integrations, everything was easy. On the consumer side, the ease of onboarding stands out, with Prove providing a lot of prefill opportunities, which is significant for our business. Also, the initial setup was pretty easy. The API documentation was useful, and the Prove team was very helpful, making it very easy for us and our dev team.

**What do you dislike about Prove?**

I don't have much to say of Prove not working. Everything we've used it for seems to be providing the value we're looking for. From a consumer-facing perspective, there's always cosmetic or UX opportunities, but nothing that stands out as Prove not working.

**What problems is Prove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prove helps ensure we're speaking with the correct person who consented and helps to removes friction in our processes, making it easier for clients to complete thier auto loan refinance.

**What do you like best about Prove?**

I like how Prove efficiently identifies consumers based on their phone number and provides prefilled information to make our onboarding process as easy as possible. It reduces friction in our sign-up funnel, allowing us to onboard more customers in less time.

**What do you dislike about Prove?**

Sometimes we don't understand all of the product features, availability, and not at all times is that brought to our attention when there are extra services that we could be using that could improve our security posture.

Prove reduces the effort for users during sign-up by efficiently identifying consumers via phone numbers and providing prefilled information, making onboarding easy and reducing friction, allowing us to onboard more customers quickly.

Prove is a market leader solving a problem that the competition hasn't caught up to. I find it a huge value add to work with an innovative solution like Prove to help financial institutions onboard clients more effectively with less risk. Prove does a fantastic job supporting its partners and clients. The initial setup was very efficient.

Expanding the mobile operating network to all the mobile providers across the US.

**What problems is Prove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prove enables seamless and safe bank account openings with its IDV verification. It's a market leader helping financial institutions onboard clients more effectively and with less risk. Also, it offered a solution that other providers did not solve.

The partnership we at BetMGM have with Prove is my favorite part.  They are an awesome group of people and loads of fun.  On top of that, they are extremely knowledgeable about all their solutions.

Not that much... One thing on my wish list is perhaps a little more proactive with getting in front and scheduling Quarterly Business Reviews.

I like that authentify allows you to skip filling out lengthy forms and that you can verify different businesses like websites or apps that partner with them. It feels safe and trusted

Sometimes there is limited availability with what is offered on Authentify, and there can be some tech issues sometimes. I'm usually not worried about privacy concerns but that could be something that comes up too

okay so first of all, as far as i know about this software. This is all related to the authentication of virtual world for example it will authenticate your data, contacts, Leads and everything so that your all data will be secure and safe. it is easy to install or implement. so many feauture you can explore. and the cutomer support that is very good.

according to me its quite expensive. other than that everything is fine.

There isn't much I dislike, only that it renders accessing something that should be quick more involved

Authentify is helping solve fraudulent access and potential hacks into personal and sensitive data by verifying identity.  As consumerism and businesses go more and more online, the risk for cybercrime increases exponentially and as a result, consumers need applications that can protect their identity

I have using Authentify from past 2 weeks, it is very easy to use and implement. AS it provides number of features, i have use it for Risk factor authentication.The ease of integration with my codebase is very seemless. I have use it frequently.

I have seen that customer support is not good for Authentify. It can be improved.

I have been using authentify on daily basis. It is easy to implement the flow of the APis and it provides number of features which i have used in my codebase.The intergration with my codebase is vary smooth.

Authentify's Multi factor authentication comes really handy while dealing with the security related tasks while developing an application that is fully focused on the users data.

Prove PRO model represents the best technology in the marketplace that can stop fraud. The concept of using phone-centric identity verification is extremely effective in fighting fraud.

The current integration of the product is too cumbersome. The. Prove the onboarding team is very knowledgeable and compensates for the lack of automation. Ideally Prove would offer a widget or self-service portal  allowing its clients to onboard with ease.

Prove is excellent in minimizing spoofed applicants.  With every digital application we receive, we know whether the user's telephone number is in service and if they have possession of the phone.  We also receive other demographic information about the applicant that help authenticate the user.

**What do you dislike about Prove?**

The integration side is complex and challenging.  Not only do you have to tie into their API, but you also have a text solution in place. Ensure your development team is up to the task and that you test each potential response you receive from Prove.

**What problems is Prove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prove helps minimize the number of fraudulent or spoofed applications we receive.  In turn, we see few fraudulent applications and make better underwriting decisions.  In short, it helps minimize losses due to fraud.

**What do you like best about Prove?**

There is a clear correlation between some of the information provided to us and fraud. The parameter additionalinfo tells us that at Prove's end there is a mismatch between phone and ssn. This helps us in mitigating risk. We also use prove to auto-fill the application form, reducing the chances of manual errors by customers.

**What do you dislike about Prove?**

We have observed that Trust Score is sometimes very high value but the customer was a fraud case. There should me more indicators which should give us more insights on how trust scores are calculated.

**Recommendations to others considering Prove:**

Prove can help in mitigating the risks and auto-filling the application. So it is helpful for both customers and business.

Fraud prevention and auto-filling the application form. We sometimes also use it for deeper analysis on customer if we detect that customer may be a fraud case.

**What do you like best about Prove?**

Prove will help filter out fraudsters from your application. Using their APIs you can make sure your potential users possess the mobile device tied to the actual phone number. After this step, there are a few options. You can check how reliable the phone number is tied to that mobile device. You can also pre-fill address information and verify user-submitted data.

Every situation is different, and you can configure the API to return more details on a certain step. For example, when verifying users, it may be that Prove's requirements are too strict for your app. You can have the API return more details about a rejected data set and then write custom logic to take your own action.

Their API also includes sending text messages to mobile phones. We didn't have to add Twilio or another provider.

**What do you dislike about Prove?**

The documentation was not the greatest. When receiving the guide and example documentation it is not clear how to achieve the sample applications using the APIs provided in the example. I ended up ignoring their recommended steps, which in my opinion were not sufficient to implement our use cases. Instead, I looked through their APIs and came up with custom work to get a solution going. Luckily they linked us to a customer that was live with Prove and from their webpage I was able to figure out what a potential implementation would look like.

**Recommendations to others considering Prove:**

* Consider that good actors may be blocked using Prove
* Get testing scenarios set up with Prove early
* Custom logic may be required if default solution needs changing for your situation

**What problems is Prove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We want to keep fraudsters out of our application. With Prove, this is easier. There will always be a balance of filtering out some good actors with the bad. But you can create your own custom logic to work with this. A lot of fraudsters fail our Prove verification. This helps free up our team to work on other things. The amount of fraud we have is manageable so far.

Prove has been a reliable source of information for our fraud prevention product, helping us identify potential fraudsters ahead of time and preventing abuse of our customer's systems. The support we get from our Customer Service Manager is good, and any questions about integration is readily answered in their documentation.

**What do you dislike about Prove?**

The documentation is password-protected, which can make things a little inconvenient when I need to look something up quickly. The slight overlap in Trust vs Verify occasionally makes me do a double take on where I should be looking for information - better or more clear separation between the two product offerings may be helpful.

**What problems is Prove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer onboarding is the main problem we use to solve with Prove, and Prove has reliably been able to provide us with the information we need to check and validate onboarding customers.

The API configuration is somewhat confusing and cumbersome. In addition, understanding the flow of trust scores vs. verified is very challenging and has created issues as our team has worked to implement and augment our registration process.

We are solving mobile verification and reputation. The reason codes are quite helpful in assessing the challenges of our marketing in terms of the people we are attracting.

We have been able to improve our authentication rates by almost 10% allowing us to book more loans and revenue.  Instant lnk technology has also enabled a more customer-friendly experience vs. previous voice-based solutions.

Prove's frictionless approach to new account registrations via Pre-Fill and engagement via Fonebook has provided smooth experiences and security for our users. Prove can provide the freshest phone number data on an individual via Prove's Fonebook, as well as authenticate users every time they come back with Mobile Authentication and Behavioral Biometrics

**What do you dislike about Prove?**

Some of Prove's products rely on third-party data such as Mobile Network Operations (MNOs) and Credit Bureaus, but their latest mobile-first products do not have this dependency and rely only on data gathered via SDK.

**What problems is Prove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am solving the problem of completing long forms for new account registrations using Pre-Fill, increasing doubling pass rates and increasing conversions. I am also saving time on contact centers by relying on Fonebook's authentication mechanisms instead of using the traditional knowledge-based questions. This saves both the user's and the agent's time.

The robust array of products they offer, from Payfone Pre-fill to soft Authentication like Payfone TrustScore & others like it, to even more Friction induced Authentication products like Instant Link, are quickly in my eyes becoming staples in which the future of the digital age will require. Which makes me even happier that we have them as our partner/vendor.

Nothing comes to my mind, as from my point of view I think they are doing a fantastic job when it comes to supporting our usages, are quick/responsive with their timing, and have frequent touchpoints in which they are checking in with our usage of the products that we are using.

**What do you like best about Prove?**

Prove Pre-fill is API-based so implementation was fast and fairly simple. We did have to do some customization, which took additional time but was worth it. Prove also had a CX consultant firm help us optimize our experience as an additional service, which was appreciated. We saw an almost immediate lift in completed registrations after implementing the Pre-fill API. Their customer support is also very good and attentive (good response time).

**What do you dislike about Prove?**

It seems like they are trying to keep their documentation very lean (Apple-style), which I get because it's a modern company. However, I would appreciate a little more documentation/materials. They have been rolling out more documentation and making enhancements so that's good.

**What problems is Prove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem we had was that we saw potential users navigate to our signup form and then abandon. From our analytics, it appeared that users were abandoning due to a lengthy form and also our identity verification process. We used Prove Pre-fill to authenticate users with less steps/frustration and also auto-fill the form with verified info. Since implementing, we've seen a 22% increase in signups.
