I can't remember a time where we've called on fewer people yet are having more conversations. Not just conversations, but truly engaged and good and qualified and interested opportunities. I best like how they slowed us down and challenged our thinking enough to help us to rethink, unpack and rank who we go hunting for and why. In 15 years, we hadn't done this before, and it's paid big dividends very quickly. Each question in their assessment process pointed us toward the best pathways, and the ideas they have given us would not have ever come to us otherwise. I dislike myself for not having found them years ago. If I had to choose something that could be improved upon, I don't know what that would be and if my experience reveals something in the future I will update my report.
