The email address they provide bounces and no one responds to customer support tickets. I have now paid for 2 years of propovoice with no way to claim a refund! **What problems is Propovoice CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?** They failed to provide a real white label solution, which is why we tried to claim a refund after purchase. We have never had a response over a year later. Even worse they have now auotrenewed us. There isn't even a way to turn off auto-renewal in the account. ### 2. It also offers robust features. One benefit is the invoicing capability. It also offers estimate sharing. These streamline business operations. Another standout feature is its WooCommerce integration. This allows access to unlimited payment gateways. It makes transactions easy and flexible. **What do you dislike about Propovoice CRM?** Propovoice CRM has many strengths. But, it also has areas for improvement. One issue is the email notification system. It's not well-developed. This can affect efficient communication. Another area is its collaboration features. They could be more comprehensive. That would greatly improve teamwork and project management. **What problems is Propovoice CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Propovoice CRM solves a few problems for me. One major issue it addresses is the need to send automatic invoices to my clients every month for the services they receive. Some of my clients prefer payment gateways other than Stripe and PayPal. Propovoice CRM integrates with WooCommerce, which helps me overcome this challenge. With WooCommerce, I can easily incorporate different payment gateways into my invoicing system. This allows my clients to choose a payment method they prefer. This feature has greatly benefited me by simplifying my invoicing process. I no longer need to manually create invoices, saving me time and effort. It also ensures that my invoices are accurate and consistent, reducing the chances of mistakes or missed payments. In summary, Propovoice CRM's ability to schedule automatic invoices and integrate various payment gateways through WooCommerce has improved my billing efficiency and made my clients happier, leading to the growth of my business. ### 3.
