Prophit.ai Indirect Tax Management System Reviews & Product Details

Prophit.ai Indirect Tax Management System is a modular sales and use tax platform with two purpose-built determination engines. The Sales Tax Engine calculates tax before a transaction is finalized, returns line-level jurisdiction and taxability results, and supports quote, commit, adjustment, refund, and void workflows. The Use Tax Engine evaluates purchasing transactions for consumer use tax and direct-pay reverse charges, compares tax paid with tax due, and supports reviewed accruals. Both engines connect calculation to compliance instead of leaving tax results isolated. Organizations can manage nexus, sales tax compliance, purchasing tax, exemption certificates, filing-ready outputs, reconciliation, analytics, audit evidence, and API workflows in one governed system. Authoritative rate content, provenance, and fail-closed review controls provide world-class transparency and operational control while keeping sales and purchasing workflows independently governed.
