When looking at a tenants information, I can see if they have paid their rent, how much they have paid and the dates of previously paid rents. And with just a few clicks, I can see if they pay for parking, how much, if they have renters insurance. I can find out pretty much anything I might need to know with just a few clicks. When I search a tentants name, I think it would be helpful if it told me if they are in arrears and how much they owe. Sometimes it becomes a pain in the ass to go back and forth between the arreas section and the tenants info. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. It tells me everything I need to know about a tenant, and I am able to add or edit information about tenants at any time with a few clicks. It saves me time from having to go through files maually. From drilling down to find PO's, easy to locate applications and finding my tenants maintenance requests, I have found the program easy to learn, easy to teach and easy to understand!
