**What do you like best about Propeller?**

I like that Propeller brings the full picture — it's not just an ecommerce platform or just a sales tool, it does both. We run our B2B storefront for customers to self-serve on repeat orders, and our inside and field sales reps use the same platform for quoting, order management, and account handling. Everything runs off the same catalog and pricing data so there's no mismatch between channels. The AI agents are genuinely useful — they automate admin tasks like reorder reminders and flag accounts showing churn signals, which means our reps spend more time selling and less time on busywork. Being B2B native matters a lot in wholesale — customer-specific pricing tiers, complex catalogs, approval workflows — it all works out of the box without workarounds. Time spent on admin is down noticeably and our customers get accurate quotes faster than before.

**What do you dislike about Propeller?**

The UI could use some streamlining. There are areas where it feels like there are too many steps or redundant options to get to what you need. Making the interface more minimal and compact would go a long way, especially for reps who live in it all day and need speed. It's not a dealbreaker but it's the one area where I'd push them to improve.

**What problems is Propeller solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Propeller our commerce operations were fragmented — the ecommerce portal, sales quoting, order management, and customer data all lived in separate systems. Pricing was inconsistent between what customers saw online and what reps quoted offline. Propeller unified all of that into one platform. Our customers now get a consistent experience whether they order through the webshop or through a sales rep. The AI agents catch things our team used to miss, like churn risks and reorder opportunities. Data fragmentation is gone, pricing errors are down significantly, and our reps are more productive because they're not jumping between tools anymore.

**What do you like best about Propeller?**

We were in need of a new webshop. Also, we needed to go live quickly.
Propeller stepped up to the task and performed solid project management for our customized webshop. And all in a very pleasant manner.
Customer service is up to expectations and we love the powerful backend.

We would love for more automation in importing organizations, contacts and products.

Generally, we recommend this Propeller suite and their approach!

**What do you like best about Propeller?**

The API-first architecture enables us to connect and automate anything. We can use any CMS our client would like to work with, combined with a back-end specifically developed for B2B. As an agency, we want to use the best of breed approach and Propeller fits right into this.

**What do you dislike about Propeller?**

The basic design of the back-end in which we work (still with all the functionalities).  However, Propeller is upgrading its platform continuously and the design is one of the things that will get updated soon.

**What problems is Propeller solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Technology that helps our clients strategically digitize their sales organization, while eventually using systems/technology they are already familiar with. It fits seamlessly in our development process as well.

It was a challenge to get the frontend seo from oke to good.

Propellor is always on the move to make there product better. With the new headless solution i think Propeller will make a big change in the ecommerce market.

**What do you like best about Propeller?**

Since implementation 2 years ago the cloud-based platform has been very stable without any downtime. Great for B2B with many different pricing options. We are also happy with the OCI solution. Recently a support portal has been implemented which is a great improvement.

**What do you dislike about Propeller?**

We would like to see an even closer integration with our ERP with a direct GET/POST/PATCH/DELETE API instead of the current solution with the scheduler. Looking forward to all new developments on the current road map.

**What problems is Propeller solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Propeller is our B2B webhop and portal for future and current customers.

**What do you like best about Propeller?**

Maximum adjustable to our wishes: design, functional and technical. 
Upfront the expectations are very clear: this is possible and this is not. 
Extra questions rarely result in extra cost. 
Very friendly and professional people to work with.

**What do you dislike about Propeller?**

Our implementation project is still running. But so far we didn't have any big issues. And if there is an issue, it is solved as soon as possible. No complains.

**What problems is Propeller solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving several problems with Propeller:
- online real-time personal price lists for our customers
- online ordering based on favorites
- webshop
As mentioned before, we are still in the implementation phase. So there is currently not a business case to calculate yet. Nevertheless, the 600 customers that use Propeller implementation phase 1  are very happy with it.

Professional people with the ability to customize the software to create solutions needed. In our case a connection between our Afas ERP and the webshop running both ways.

**What do you dislike about Propeller?**

The back office software needs to be upgraded to something easier. Believe it is coming soon.

Automatic updating of clients and product information on the webshop. Saves time and is always up to date. So very productive.

**What do you like best about Propeller?**

We had an existing Vue Nuxt application and Propeller has a Vue Storefront plugin, which made integrating the e-commerce platform very easy and unopiniated. I also like that they use GraphQL for their API instead of REST.

**What do you dislike about Propeller?**

The back office UX is a bit overwhelming, and it could use an upgrade, but I heard it's being worked on.

**What problems is Propeller solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had to intergrate a webshop into an existing website. The website already used Contentful for static content, and we we're able to integrate the Propeller platform without mixing these data sources.
