I like that Propeller brings the full picture — it's not just an ecommerce platform or just a sales tool, it does both. We run our B2B storefront for customers to self-serve on repeat orders, and our inside and field sales reps use the same platform for quoting, order management, and account handling. Everything runs off the same catalog and pricing data so there's no mismatch between channels. The AI agents are genuinely useful — they automate admin tasks like reorder reminders and flag accounts showing churn signals, which means our reps spend more time selling and less time on busywork. Being B2B native matters a lot in wholesale — customer-specific pricing tiers, complex catalogs, approval workflows — it all works out of the box without workarounds. Time spent on admin is down noticeably and our customers get accurate quotes faster than before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UI could use some streamlining. There are areas where it feels like there are too many steps or redundant options to get to what you need. Making the interface more minimal and compact would go a long way, especially for reps who live in it all day and need speed. It's not a dealbreaker but it's the one area where I'd push them to improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
