The implementation was managed, meaning a technicial was assigned to assist. During the implementation, virtually every setting was reviewed, the default stated, and the implication of a variance explained. The implementation was over several days.
Going forward, ProofPoint performed as represented and expected catching and blocking 'bad' things. When a modification was needed, since I understood the tool, I could make adjustments on my own.
