Proofpoint digital protection mainly focused on social media monitoring called brand monitoring. Proofpoint digital protection focus on social media fraud, account takeovers and suspicious/malicious content for accounts which mainly affect brand reputation. It has some great features to protect social media accounts or resources from threats like monitoring brand related tags/hashtags, scan and identify fake pages on social media to limit security risk by takedown operations, it will lock social accounts or pages when security risks or account hacks detected. It monitors and remediate huge social media content like it will monitor employees posts, comments and content on social platforms, it should be meet industry compliance standards. It scans deep web and dark web for threats to brands/companies so basically it provides multi layered approach for digital security. Prodcuct implementation is also not hectic and support is good as per Proofpoints name. **What do you dislike about Proofpoint Digital Protection?** Proofpoint can be relatively expensive compared to some other security solutions. Going forward, ProofPoint performed as represented and expected catching and blocking 'bad' things. When a modification was needed, since I understood the tool, I could make adjustments on my own.
