Proofbin Reviews & Product Details

Proofbin is video review and a client portal made for videographers and small video studios. You upload a cut and send one link. The client opens it with no account and no password, leaves notes pinned to the exact frame, circles things on the frame, and approves from the same page. You can play two versions side by side to check what changed. Every client gets one portal that keeps working, with their name, logo and colors. The cut, the notes, the shoot date and the team's messages all live on the job they belong to, and the calendar moves the due dates when you drag a job to a new day. When a client approves a cut, Proofbin copies it to a drive you own, filed in that client's folder. Your whole team is included, nobody is charged by the seat, and there is an iPhone app.
