The data is accurate and thorough. Because it's organized by role rather than title, it's easier to search than many databases. It delivers a ton of value with features like filters and tracking of updates without clutter. The team is also great! **What do you dislike about Power Almanac?** There is nothing to dislike about the product if you make the no-brainer step up to Power Max. My only dislike is that I wish we could keep PowerAlmanac a well-kept secret for those of us already in-the-know! **What problems is Power Almanac solving and how is that benefiting you?** Segmenting our target market to focus on contacts where our products are a good fit, vs hitting the whole world through ads. Also, PowerAlmanac is critical for validating and updating contacts that get otherwise get stale in our CRM received organically or through other channels. ### 3. Overall, I would recommend PowerAlmanac to anyone who needs access to accurate and verified local government contact data. **What do you dislike about Power Almanac?** There is nothing to dislike. The product is excellent, and compared to competitors, the price is fair. **What problems is Power Almanac solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our business caters to local governments, so we constantly need updated contact information. In the past, we hired teams who would source the required data, but that always came with a whole load of issues. Either the process took too much time, cost too much, or the data collected was inaccurate. Now, we don't have to worry about any of that anymore. ### 4. We need to hit different people within the same department, but Power Almanac only collects the highest-seniority person in any department. **Recommendations to others considering Power Almanac:** Grab some test data. **What problems is Power Almanac solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are solving for time efficiency. Although this information is already public, it's great to have it all in 1 place, and updated regularly. We've been able to attempt to contact some members of our ICP. ### 5. I think it would be much harder if our downloads were limited with a lower tier plan. **What problems is Power Almanac solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Power Almanac to keep our Salesforce data clean, accurate, and up-to-date. It's been vital, especially as our company grows. ### 6. I love the ability to just check boxes and find exactly what I'm looking for generated on the right. I can also find leads of different government officials within a radius of a certain zip **What do you dislike about Power Almanac?** I've yet to encounter a feature that I don't like. If anything as far as improvement goes, I would recommend adding a Assistant and Deputy City Manager persona that can be searched as well. **What problems is Power Almanac solving and how is that benefiting you?** Power almanac is solving the problem of having to go individually to every cities staff directory to find contact information. This saves me so much time in my day. Some cities don't even have a directory online ### 7. Their team is as responsive and helpful as anyone in the business. I would highly recommend the platform. **What do you dislike about Power Almanac?** There aren't many downsides. If you are looking to access people deeper in the org chart, you may need to do your own research or add another tool to your tech stack. **What problems is Power Almanac solving and how is that benefiting you?** The tool gives us access to contacts throughout local government that would require countless hours of research (it would be impossible).
