I love to see the keywords that are used most often in the feedback we are getting from customers. The ability to run reports for feedback and schedule surveys to be sent at a future date is really useful. I like to see what our NPS is year-over-year, too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing that could improve is the downloading of the feedback. If you have to download thousands of them, you have to split it up into smaller increments and then combine the spreadsheets together. Something could be done to fix that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
