**What do you like best about promiseQ?**

PromiseQ is one of a kind and I doubt that there are any other similar software solution. We can security camera installed and often there were false alarms which was very annoying and time consuming. So after researching for a few days, I got across PromiseQ and to my surprise it worked really well and in the last 6 months, there was only 2 false alarms which is significantly less compared to before.

**What do you dislike about promiseQ?**

Their roi calculator in the website is now accurate and is misleading. So it would be wise to remove it and not give people fake expectations.

**What problems is promiseQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PromiseQ uses AI and human reviewer to significantly reduce false alarms.
