**What do you like best about Prodata?**

Prodata is a very useful tool when you are trying to find answers that need multiple data sets to be 'bashed' together. The AI agent was able to take my request and perform long form analysis across the multiple data sets I uploaded - this was vital for us as doing it ourselves always takes a few days, which is useless when we have a problem that needs solving now.

The pricing was good compared to alternatives we looked at.

**What do you dislike about Prodata?**

I would prefer if there was a way for us to set up integrations with our back-end systems ourselves. I undertsand that capability is coming, but the sooner the better.

**What problems is Prodata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In our manufacturing process, we have multiple sources of structured data from the machines, ERP and MES systems. Right now all of that data  is disconnected, so when something goes wrong, it takes us a long time to dig through everything and figure out why. The Prodata tool does it all for us, running automated analyses by looking across all of our data sets to find root causes. It gives us an actionable plan in minutes that we can put into action straight away.
