# How did you get past Procore’s learning curve without slowing down estimating and PM work?

Procore makes it easier to keep drawings, documents, RFIs, photos, schedules, and day-to-day communication centralized, which can reduce confusion between the office and field and help keep projects on schedule. At the same time, the interface can feel overwhelming at first, and some workflows take more steps than expected. What helped your team learn where everything is and simplify day-to-day processes while still getting the efficiency boost?
