When it is not well organized, working proactively is a bit confusing, however, when everything is arranged, it becomes wonderful again.

Proactivanet is an easy-to-use tool, user-friendly, and very comprehensive in terms of the modules, forms, and fields it contains, which are required for the entry and registration of information in a more complete way.

**What do you dislike about Proactivanet?**

So far, we have not detected any disadvantage or functionality that is less useful in Proactivanet.

Proctivanet has allowed us to improve, streamline, and better document our processes for change management and user requirements and incidents.

The software is easy to use, it has features that allow you to obtain information quickly.

Dashboards are complex to understand if they are not configured correctly.

I have not yet encountered problems that cannot be solved.

The ease of management on the platform and the always available support.
The dynamic nature of each work module for specialists and users.
The mobile application.

**What do you dislike about Proactivanet?**

No comments at this point. There are no topics we don't like, there are some features we have requested to be incorporated that we expect in future versions.

Management and order
Support in the management of our internal KPIs, better administration and communication with our users
Vision of external support that previously did not exist

**What do you like best about Proactivanet?**

Easy and quick implementations that adapt to the company's operations and not only that, we have been able to integrate different business areas, with the aim of being a one-stop shop.

**What do you dislike about Proactivanet?**

The colors of the Dashboards they present, however, this can be improved with integration into a BI, so the graphs are more user-friendly for Management.

**Recommendations to others considering Proactivanet:**

It has a good cost-benefit ratio, it is an easy tool to implement, and when implementing the project, the best recommendations are given to achieve a successful implementation.

**What problems is Proactivanet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A problem we were able to solve is the measurement of SLAs and UCs, it was extremely complicated to deliver the service committed to the business. Now we can measure it and even set new objectives based on the history shown by the tool.

The service is comprehensive and provides an added value to both internal and external clients. Their support service assists when there is any type of service inquiry/incident. They meet the committed SLAs.

**What do you dislike about Proactivanet?**

So far, we have not had any problems or a bad experience with the service.

**What problems is Proactivanet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The relationship with the client, given that through the tool a fluid and close communication is maintained, respecting SLA and established agreements.

I like the management of the tickets and especially the fixed asset area, it is super useful for equipment control.

It is a tool that is at the forefront and certified in the ITIL 4 version. It allows identifying assets from various platforms.

The design and limited functionality of the App are not user-friendly. Additionally, there are performance issues.
