**What do you like best about Proactivanet?**

I consider that the most useful aspect of the platform is being able to have detailed control of all technological assets, its user-friendly interface, and especially the control of software usage and licensing.

**What do you dislike about Proactivanet?**

I don't like that in Proactivanet creating a metric and alert is complex; I would like to be able to do it easily, just like customizing colors, for example, in Power BI.

**What problems is Proactivanet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Proactivanet has helped us to have centralized control of the university's technological assets on a single platform, allowing us to identify who uses them, how often, and the type of use given to the computing equipment, which facilitates decision-making.

ProactivaNet is a tool that, being so powerful, surprises with its ease of use and management. It allows you to automate many processes and cover almost any issue related to the IT world, both at the ticketing level and in asset and configuration management.

**What do you dislike about Proactivanet?**

Nothing, it is a tool that meets all our needs and expectations.

**What problems is Proactivanet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to discover and manage all IT equipment quickly, easily, and automatically. Additionally, it automatically creates a relational map of all the interconnections of the IT equipment. Regarding the ticketing part, it allows organizing and automating support processes quickly and efficiently, taking into account issues such as suppliers, contracts, SLAs, calendars, and much more.

the ease of tracking and controlling the organization's ITIL processes, both through the use of the ITSM module or the ITAM module of the tool

**What do you dislike about Proactivanet?**

I find it difficult to find a weak point in the platform.

**What problems is Proactivanet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

control of incidents and requirements, the tool allowed me to efficiently manage and control the requests sent by users, maintaining the fulfillment of the committed SLAs in a simple and visual way. As for the ITAM solution, it allowed us to control more than 2500 technological assets in the organization, freeing the technical team from tedious tasks and obsolete control spreadsheets.

It is a comprehensive tool that centralizes and optimizes the management of IT processes aligned with ITIL. The application facilitates the visualization and tracking of IT infrastructure components, allowing for quick identification of how changes in one area can affect others. We value access to the expert team to facilitate the evolution in the use of the tool and keep it aligned with the transformation of our processes.

The design of the application in the self-service portal section for the end user maintains an appearance of initial versions, but recently we see that an important effort is being made to update its look & feel.

Friendly and easy-to-use tool. Allows you to know and control the entire IT infrastructure of companies automatically. Availability, it is possible to monitor the company's IT services at any time. Allows users to raise their own tickets for timely follow-up. Reduces risks by anticipating cyberattacks.

The inactivity session of Proactivanet is very short and asks to log in again.

Control the tickets of internal and external users, giving timely follow-up to their requests, resolving them as quickly as possible, which allows saving time and costs.

**What do you like best about Proactivanet?**

- Allows you to classify all kinds of events.
- Definition of SLAs by type of client and criticality
- Traceability of hardware assets
- Customizable fields to expand the possibilities
- Easy to export reports
- Possibility of continuous improvement thanks to updates

**What do you dislike about Proactivanet?**

- The mobile version does not allow signatures on customer reports and export them to PDF.
- It does not allow to visualize the information of the surveys in a consolidated way.

**What problems is Proactivanet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- We have been able to consolidate customer support information, which has allowed us to generate a very important knowledge base to improve the efficiency in resolving problems.
- Thanks to the asset module, we have organized and made visible our entire technological park.

**What do you like best about Proactivanet?**

I like the final user interface and that it meets both technical and functional expectations. Regular updates to the system are very helpful. 
One of the great advantages is that the service is SaaS, major and minor updates are transparent, and this is great. With other systems that do the same thing, doing a major update implies re-parameterizing the system and paying for it again.

**What do you dislike about Proactivanet?**

We have been using this solution for several years and to date I have not received any complaints from technical or functional users. The system works very well and meets our expectations.

**Recommendations to others considering Proactivanet:**

I highly recommend Proactivanet software, it has good support, prices that you can manage over time, transparent migrations, easy to use and permanent support from the provider.

**What problems is Proactivanet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This system has allowed not only the IT area to have a catalog of services to centralize, administer and control its management, it has also been extended to other administrative dependencies with great acceptance and success.
In our company it is very important to have ITIL certified processes, so we also use the change, asset and supplier management module.

**What do you like best about Proactivanet?**

Ease of parameterizing incident, request (not only IT), and change flows, which can be initiated via chat, email, from a portal, or another interface thanks to its various available APIs. All of the above focuses on the service offering (catalog) and is natively related to IT assets automatically discovered, as well as any other customized configuration element (CMDB). This makes it a robust, fast, and easy-to-implement and use ITSM. In a project spanning months, you advance 2 or 3 maturity levels in your IT processes, thanks to the best practices in IT service management already included, based on ITIL, and of course, thanks to its exceptional project, services, and support team. Also noteworthy: i) the possibility of integration with any other tool thanks to the existence of triggers (webhook), API, and the ability to consume its information, list, or reports via API to easily connect with PowerBI or Excel ii) the use of the concept of business rules or reusable conditions that serve as rules to provide visibility for user profiling, for service level assignment, escalation, authorizations, among others. We not only use Proactivanet for IT processes, but other areas of the organization have also joined in a single implementation.

**What do you dislike about Proactivanet?**

Our internal users, accustomed to using email, not necessarily in the most efficient way, miss the ability to attach more than one file at a time within a ticket. It is possible to attach files, but one at a time, under the logic of making good use of this option, as well as being able to leave a comment for each one.

**What problems is Proactivanet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Order, maturity in processes, traceability, efficiency, ticket escalation in a single tool, improves customer satisfaction by focusing on IT services, their service levels, and satisfaction surveys; it also avoids and minimizes context changes for users (requesters and resolvers). Previously, we used 7 or more different tools to support IT processes, now we use only one, Proactivanet, which also facilitates consolidating information, reporting, and management.

Using proactivanet has supported us in being able to view our inventory online quickly and easily. Obtain information on the capabilities of the hardware, the location and the software that they have installed.

What can cause some level of problems with Proactivanet is the management of agent versions, since it has not been easy to apply the latest versions to all our teams.

Knowing, online, the entire inventory of equipment with the details of its characteristics, location and installed software has been of great help in our company.

The ability to interact directly through the software (information delivery, email sending, restrictions, etc.) as well as the ability to generate reports directly from Proactiva's data.

**What do you dislike about Proactivanet?**

Not being able to perhaps attach an image directly alongside the text when making a post to the client and having to attach it in the annexes, which is a bit tedious many times.

**What problems is Proactivanet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The only problem that arose was that the automatic assignment to a group took longer than usual, which has already been resolved with the platform update.

The dashboard should have the ease of use like Jira. I don't have a Kanban board to support the working method in the resolving teams. Greater support from Proactivanet to achieve greater maturity.
