What do you like best about PrivIQ Data Privacy Management?

PrivIQ is exceptionally helpful when it comes to both establishing and visualizing the company wide data map. The set up is pretty light and in addition to data mapping, PrivIQ has a host of other features to enable privacy professionals to comply with increasingly stringent privacy regulations. The Privacy Impact Assessment module is very comprehensive and is a great addition to any privacy professional's arsenal of tools to comply with not only external regulations, but also to help the internal team understand and manage risks associated with data processing effectively.

The customer support is also top notch and working with Nalini has been nothing short of a dream. She's thorough, knowledgable, forward thinking, laser focused on data privacy and most importantly of all, incredibly kind and supportive. Our team certainly recommends PrivIQ. What do you like best about PrivIQ Data Privacy Management?

I’ve been in the privacy space for years and have used my fair share of governance and compliance tools—most of them either overly complex or ridiculously expensive. PrivIQ has been a refreshing change.

What stood out right away was how simple the platform is to set up. Onboarding took a fraction of the time I’ve experienced with other solutions, I was up and running quickly without the usual heavy lift or weeks of training. The UI is clean and intuitive, which makes it much easier to get buy-in from colleagues outside of privacy/legal.

Cost-wise, it’s much more reasonable compared to the big players, which makes it a strong option for organizations that want enterprise-level functionality without the enterprise price tag.

The AI features are another big plus. They don’t feel bolted on—rather, they help speed up tasks like assessments and reporting, cutting out repetitive work.

What do you like best about PrivIQ Data Privacy Management?

It's an all-in package for maintaining policies, records also tasks related to GDPR & because of this, we at our organization were able to manage & track all the compliance work at same workspace. While at the time we handled ROPA(Records of Processing Activities) & DPA (Data Processing Agreements), the built-in templates & automated stuff helped us a lot to manage our time. In my organization we had a SOC team using SIEM tools/platforms, integrating GDPR365 with that platform was quite limited. This is where our team faced some limitations regarding this software. We had used PrivyIQ (the current name for GDPR365) to cater to our app launch in the UK. As a stakeholder to our project, I felt the compliance dashboard was really powerful as the business leadership was made aware of the risks, compliance status and people responsible. The APIs we were given made it easy for quick integration and customer service was above par. We used this tool frequently in order to track compliance to regulations such as GDPR for Europe.
