What I like best about Primetric is that it is not another tool that covers just a fraction of my operation - it covers them all. With this tool, I can manage resources, projects, and budgets from the same platform. All the data (i.e. availability, finances, schedules, and more) is displayed in a form of intuitive reports, charts, tables, or lists, and it could not get any more transparent for me. The best thing about Primetric is that the tool always responds to the users’ needs. Whenever I need some adjustments or help, I can reach out to customer service and receive an answer almost in an instant. Apart from that, Primetric offers in-depth information on planning processes. The tool has many settings and configuration options that provide the managers with a bigger picture of key metrics such as utilization, capacity and availability of resources. Primetric has everything that is needed to manage long-term budget and resource planning. It also has a very balanced approach when it comes to budgeting options; it doesn’t overwhelm users with advanced accounting, it simply provides the exact dynamic estimates and actuals you need to successfully manage a project. Starting from creating uncertain projects, through their estimation and planning people and budget, to tracking realities and drawing conclusions based on comprehensive reports about performance, people availability, and financial forecasts. We create a useful and understandable plan for both managers and specialists - and the tool did that perfectly well. Now everyone in the company can find the answers to the questions such as “What are we doing”, “Which project are we working on”, “When”, “For how much”, “How is it going”. Primetric became a part of our app landscape because it's an all-in-one system for planning, tracking, and forecasting. It provides in-detail info on both finances and capacity. For me, Primetric is a very intuitive and user-friendly tool. It has saved hours of my time I used to spend on logging my time. Primetric has also surprised me with its legibility and transparency; there are no overcomplicated modules here. Recommendations to others considering Primetric: If logging time of work is one of the main problems in your organization, Primetric is a good choice for you.
