The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, even with large product volumes. The ability to customise feeds per brand and focus on key competitors makes it a highly flexible and scalable tool. Their customer support is outstanding—very responsive and proactive in suggesting improvements or resolving issues quickly. The automation of competitor price tracking and performance visibility saves us a huge amount of time. Being able to set pricing rules based on real-time data helps us stay competitive without compromising margin. It's also extremely helpful to have clear match rates and visibility over what’s working. Regular check-ins and guidance from our account manager keep us aligned and growing.
