What do you like best about PriceShape?

It is very practical and functional for the type of control we need. Thanks to all the available filters, the search is much faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PriceShape?

The only thing I don't like is that the products are coded using the EAN (GTIN) code while some sites in Italy code the products with the MINSAN (ID) code, and therefore they don't match for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PriceShape?

The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, even with large product volumes. The ability to customise feeds per brand and focus on key competitors makes it a highly flexible and scalable tool. Their customer support is outstanding—very responsive and proactive in suggesting improvements or resolving issues quickly. The automation of competitor price tracking and performance visibility saves us a huge amount of time. Being able to set pricing rules based on real-time data helps us stay competitive without compromising margin. It's also extremely helpful to have clear match rates and visibility over what’s working. Regular check-ins and guidance from our account manager keep us aligned and growing. What do you dislike about PriceShape?

Scraping coverage can be limited when competitors use non-standard product URLs or dynamic content. While the system handles most sites well, niche or complex competitor structures sometimes lead to gaps in the data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
