Because it didn't work and because no one replied to my inquiry, there is nothing redeemable about this app. **What do you dislike about Preview App?** Preview stopped posting my scheduled posts. Every day I would get an email saying it failed to post and that I should contact them for support if it happens again (which it did). But these notifications came from a do not reply email with no instructions of who to contact. I found an email for Preview online. A woman named Victoria replied and said she would ask her supervisor, but after I emailed her 3-4 more times for updates, she never replied. I don't know why she offered to ask her supervisor if she had no interest in ever responding again. Very frustrating. **What problems is Preview App solving and how is that benefiting you?** Nothing - Preview did not help to resolve my issue. The app is designed to schedule posts. It's literally its only job, and not only did it fail, but the customer service was no help. ### 2. If you had information saved it, was deleted with the last update, but no one sent a notice letting you know this ahead of time. **What problems is Preview App solving and how is that benefiting you?** I used to solve some of my social media posting problems with the Preview App, but since the update, I am not, and anything I had saved is lost now. ### 3. Notifications and reminders can be improved for better updations and status checks. **Recommendations to others considering Preview App:** Go for a trial first, get used to some of the really unique aspects and functions (that definitely can be useful in long run) and purchase it accordingly. I also liked the others features like the photo editor. The analytics and charts are also very useful. Also, the application can be used without internet and the UI is noob-friendly. It is a bit complicated to use, I think they should create something simpler that anyone can use. **Recommendations to others considering Preview App:** I do not recommend using this platform, it is quite difficult to understand and you should not waste time on it when there are others that can offer us better benefits and greater ease of use. **What problems is Preview App solving and how is that benefiting you?** I couldn't find a way to work with this tool, it seems to be very good but it's quite complicated to use, therefore you need to have a lot of specific knowledge to be able to use it. ### 8. This has given me the chance to test out the app and its features before deciding if I want to upgrade for more features. **What do you dislike about Preview App?** The one big thing that I dislike about the app is that it can't post automatically for you, the posting has to be done manually but it does give you a notification for when it's time to post. **Recommendations to others considering Preview App:** If you have time in your day to post manually this app is a great option! Since I work from home, it's not a make it or break it feature for me at this point. **What problems is Preview App solving and how is that benefiting you?** This app allows me to save time by planning ahead. Deciding what to post the day of can be very time-consuming. With this app, I've been able to schedule things ahead of time, which free ups a ton of time for me on a day to day basis. This allows me to focus my efforts on other (usually more important) things and I end up being more productive overall. ### 10. They're always useful for filling in gaps in my company's Instagram feed without the hassle of making sure we aren't accidentally stealing photos off the internet. Also the filters are great, even the free ones. **What do you dislike about Preview App?** 1. I switched from an Android to an iPhone and I could not access the features I purchased before my phone change. This is more of an issue with the different app stores (Google vs. Apple), but it was annoying. 2. The post schedule feature often sends me notifications at times I did not schedule them for (e.g., I schedule a post for 10/23 at 5pm and it notified me at 10am). Or it will notify me twice within a couple minutes for the same post. **What problems is Preview App solving and how is that benefiting you?** Great for keeping our Instagram professional and engaging. I love that I can plan ahead and have all my photos edited and captions written so when it comes time to post I just have to click a couple buttons. Our feed looks so much better because of this app. ### 17.
