I like that I can easily adjust outlines, rename sections, and edit content on the fly, making the process feel intuitive and flexible. The editor interface is familiar, somewhat like Google Docs or PowerPoint. There are lots of helpful features to enhance my slides like adding tables, charts, icons, images, audio, and even mind maps, all of which are just a few clicks away. **What do you dislike about Presenti?** The AI-generated content can be a bit text-heavy on slides, so I often trim and reformat to keep things more concise and visually engaging **What problems is Presenti solving and how is that benefiting you?** Presenti solves the time-consuming and often tedious process of crafting presentations from scratch. - [View Presenti pricing details and edition comparison](https://www.g2.com/products/presenti/reviews?section=pricing&secure%5Bexpires_at%5D=2026-10-01+08%3A01%3A03+-0500&secure%5Bsession_id%5D=cbc3153f-8e8a-4a21-a141-ee3b83f2c4f3&secure%5Btoken%5D=c423dfebd63a570955568bba949fb56ed94d9106124225e39f70d464ea8fe95e&format=llm_user) ## Presenti Features **Additional Functionality** - Third-Party Integrations - To-Do List - @mentions - Single Sign On - File Management - Activity Dashboard - Drag & Drop - Alerts/Notifications - Prioritization - Access Controls/Permissions - Screen Sharing - Content Management - Brainstorming - AI Copilot - File Transfer - Calendar Management - Status Tracking - Real-Time Notifications - Version Control - Task Management - Activity Tracking - Real Time Editing - Communication Management - Chat/Messaging - Tagging - Generative AI - Assignment Management - Task Scheduling - Project Management - Collaboration Tools - Workflow Management - Secure Data Storage - File Sharing - Document Storage - Task Progress Tracking - Discussions/Forums - Commenting/Notes - Reporting & Statistics - Contact Management - Video Conferencing - Progress Tracking - Mobile Access - API - Document Management - Customizable Branding **Platform Basics** - Slide Design - Presenter Tools - Auto Save **Platform Content** - Charts - Template Library - Template Creator - Content Sharing - Content Library - Media Library - Screen Sharing **Platform Additional Functionality** - Messaging - Mobility - Cloud **Generative AI** - AI Text Generation - AI Image-to-Text - AI Text-to-Video - AI Text Summarization - AI Text-to-Music - AI Text-to-Speech - AI Text-to-Image - Generative AI - Two-Way Audio & Video **Additional Functionality** - Video Editing - Text Editing - Access Controls/Permissions - Commenting/Notes - Change Management - Data Visualization - Content Management - Content Import/Export - Data Import/Export - Training Management - Audio File Management - Presentation Streaming - Communication Management - Drag & Drop - Engagement Tracking - Image Editing - Offline Editing - AI Copilot - 3D Objects - Encryption - Audience Engagement - Video Support - Audio/Video Recording - Version Control - Presenter View - Digital Signage - Offline Presenting - Reporting & Statistics - Mobile Access - Reporting/Analytics - Real-Time Updates - Activity Dashboard - Playlist Management - Video Conferencing - Animation - Template Management - Customizable Branding - Interactive Content - Search/Filter ## Top Presenti Alternatives - [Google Workspace](https://www.g2.com/products/google-workspace/reviews) - 4.6/5.0 (45,696 reviews) - [Canva](https://www.g2.com/products/canva/reviews) - 4.7/5.0 (6,510 reviews) - [Microsoft 365](https://www.g2.com/products/microsoft365/reviews) - 4.6/5.0 (5,549 reviews)
