Built on the Kirki framework that's been updated literally 13 times since they've updated the theme to work with it. The version of Kirki it is built on was released Sept. 14 2018, today's date, October, 6, 2019. Their answer to this question... We don't know when it will be updated.

DESTROYED my server with calls to the server. Just trying to build out the site it maxed out I/O on every page load.

Being in the North America, support is only available from 1am until 9am because the devs are located in the Ukraine.

Zero typography settings in the customizer...as in NONE

Zero settings to actually create a mega menu. Oh, there's a mega menu but it only creates lists of links.

And the list goes on...

Premmerce is a complex solution for everyone interested in creation of the website for commerce.

The approach team proposes is to use word-press + wocommerce mix with bits and bites from their our product called imageCMS with is essentially a plugin that creates a roadmap for the user that he/she needs to complete in order to create a successful store and increase it overtime. There are really few things that I don't like about this product. Premmerce team is a well organized and supportive when it comes to the creation of the quality project of any size. Their focus is on quality, hence, Premmerce (premium commerce).
