It does background and drug and any other pre screen you need and organizes it all under a specified folder for easy review **What do you dislike about PreHire Screening Services?** The program is a bit pricey. Its a must for any company that hires quite a bit but if you are only hiring seldom, it would be too pricey **What problems is PreHire Screening Services solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping the background check and drug screen in the same place and using the same program is a game changer ### 2. I had a handful of issues getting started and implementing the use of it and no matter who I talked with they were very helpful. Also the services offered for the hiring process are top tier. It makes background checks, employment verifications and drug screens very easy. **What do you dislike about PreHire Screening Services?** Implementation for my company did not go smooth, but now that it's been implemented it's a really great product! **What problems is PreHire Screening Services solving and how is that benefiting you?** Biggest problem was employment verifications and not having the time to do them on my own/my team. Also the reliability of the company and the quick turn around is incredible! ### 3. Background screening is extremely important for daycares because you must be careful of who you hire. This allows you to put your parent/clients at ease that your workers are safe and professional. **What do you dislike about PreHire Screening Services?** It's expensive but it's at least reliable. Sometimes you have to pay more to get the results that you want. It's worth the money. **Recommendations to others considering PreHire Screening Services:** If I were the boss, I would be using this particular screening service. It's one of the better ones out there, very comprehensive and all-encompassing. **What problems is PreHire Screening Services solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps us hire competent employees who are what they claim they are. The customer service is excellent and sent immediate responses to any questions I have had. **What do you dislike about PreHire Screening Services?** Time and other start up kinks prevented me from using all of the features available to me. I also wasn't able to purchase a higher tier of the software, so I didn't have access to other features. **What problems is PreHire Screening Services solving and how is that benefiting you?** Apart from posting online jobs also need to be able to receive resumes, sort through potential applicants, plan onboarding process and more. Managers have the ability to automatically send rejection letters and other notifications to their candidates without needing HR to intervene with those they wish not to consider. ### 8.
