This program is super easy to use and will save HR a lot of time consuming duties. It does background and drug and any other pre screen you need and organizes it all under a specified folder for easy review

Excellent customer service!

I've had a handful of interactions with the customer service team assigned to our account and they are excellent! I had a handful of issues getting started and implementing the use of it and no matter who I talked with they were very helpful. Also the services offered for the hiring process are top tier. It makes background checks, employment verifications and drug screens very easy.
