Sometimes it's the hardest thing in PractiTest for my new teammates. They have some helpful reporting and clean UI compared to other test management tools available in the market. Their pricing model isn't the worst. **What do you dislike about PractiTest?** Functional changes haven't been made in years. We talked to the agents, but they weren't accommodating. Instead, we were asked to provide the in-house scripts we wrote to automate and make our life easier using Practitest. PractiTest is a UI with filters and tags that make everything tedious instead of making test management tasks more manageable. Instead of improving the existing features, they are focusing on functions that aren't necessary, like Kanban board and reporting. **What problems is PractiTest solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problems Practitest is solving aren't helping our team much. They should be working on improving the existing features. Custom fields allow you to track project-specific details on Tests, Instances, Test Sets, and Test Runs. The PractiTest support department is all around AMAZING. They are responsive, creative, understanding, and easy to work with. **What do you dislike about PractiTest?** The default API limit is low. It's nice that there are options to clone tests, rather than having to create a new one. We also appreciate being able to print the tests from the test library. Test traceability to see where it's being used and the history of the changes are very nice features to track who and what changes were made. **What do you dislike about PractiTest?** If we made changes to a test in the test run, there was no clear button to print the test run. It's nice that we can link/track bugs but we couldn't figure out a way to mark bugs as resolved. **Recommendations to others considering PractiTest:** I highly recommend looking at the training courses for additional information. Before, we need to manually count all the passed/failed test cases which is very tedious, especially on big projects. But now, with practitest, we only need to choose what kind of report we want and it will automatically create it. We can also customize the report by choosing the fields that we want to include in the report. **What do you dislike about PractiTest?** The support when we encounter issues. Unfortunately, the time difference between our countries has a big impact when it comes to issue resolution. We need to wait for their support to go online which is already in the afternoon in our country. **Recommendations to others considering PractiTest:** I recommend using Practitest since it makes testing so much easier. :) **What problems is PractiTest solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest problem that Practitest has resolved for us is report generation. It made report generation so much easier. The other problems are documentation and access to test scripts for all the members of the team. Before we are only using excel files for test scripts so other members of the team cannot access or view them until we finish the whole testing and upload the file in the shared folder or sent it via email. But now, we only need to give them access and they can easily view all the test scripts and status in real-time.
