My company uses PractiTest slightly differently than the average user. Our automation team built an api that report the test results to PractiTest and then we use the reporting to pull that data back down. Cloning reports is a pain in the rear. When you go to clone a report and change the test set that you want to use in the report all of the filters reset, and have to be manually applied by hand again. It doesn't take long to reapply the filters, but it would speed up my workflow to not have to constantly reapply the filters to the reports I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Allows comprehensive tracking and matrix creation between requirements, test cases, test runs, and defects. Very easy to onboard, including with built-in integrations with 3rd party tools. From personal experience, their customer support is prompt and helpful. Supports test case parameterization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not the cheapest option out there (then again, not the priciest also). I don't know how many other platforms support that feature, but PractiTest doesn't support creating a hierarchy of test cases, such as a test case with a few sub-cases (it is possible to work around this by using labels and filters to define "parents," but that would not be as straightforward). Everything is connected from the Milestone level down to requirements, tests, test sets, and issues. And the issues are connected back to our project management tool, ClickUp. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to organise test cases by feature level or dedicated filters based on test type.

Test cases are runnable via test runs.

Test reports provide enough information to communicate testing progress to project stakeholders. The reports are customisable.

A little bit of a learning curve to use the tool effectively, more so for users with no experience of previous test case management tools.

This is not a 'dislike' but I would like a way to more easily see tests across multiple categories relating to one feature.
