PracticeRunner is practice-management and EHR software designed for therapists and small group practices. It connects session preparation, documentation, scheduling, forms, secure communication, billing, payments, supervision, and follow-up in one practical system. PracticeRunner is open by design. Clinicians can connect their own calendars, use their preferred video platform, bring in transcripts and other supported source material, and export records in useful migration and backup formats. Optional AI assistance helps with Session Briefs, transcription, drafting from source material, and clinician-directed note revision. The clinician reviews and controls the final clinical record, and client information is not used to train shared AI models or improve AI for other practices. Straightforward plans, included AI capabilities, lower-cost bank transfers, and flexible billing tools reflect PracticeRunner’s commitment to fair practice economics.
