Therapists can use Google Calendar or private .ics feeds, choose Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or another meeting link, bring in outside transcripts or supported documents, images, audio, and video, and export records in migration-friendly and complete-backup formats. AI assistance is optional and clinician-controlled. Current tools support Session Briefs, transcription, drafting from source material, and note revision. Client information is not used to train shared models or improve AI for other practices. Therapists decide what to enable, when to use it, and what becomes clinical documentation.
