One of the things I dislike is that I can't text right from the program, I have to use another company, so there is just one more step to every update and things don't always jive well together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The customization available for the schedule has been better than any other system we have used in the past. The ease of billing is handy and quick. The counting of the units used is also extremely helpful for contract therapists to keep track of their available units. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing I can say I dislike is that you cannot pull up two providers schedules only. It is either one of the providers or all of them. This would be helpful to schedule OT and ST together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy set it, was able to train someone very quickly on how to use it. Layout is organized nicely. Don't spend a lot of time searching for information since icons are apparent in what they contain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Fairly easy to navigate. This program allowed us to switch to emr while allowing us to complete our documentation the same way we used to Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some features are hard to find (ie) the formatting of patient goals. However this may be due to the device we are using it on Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
