Our managers are already seeing the benefits of attending the mentorship program and as HR we don't need to force any engagement, they really like it and feel that we are investing in their career. In a nutshell, we can leverage the seniority of our leadership team and at the same time increase their engagement rate. Which is wonderful! ### 8.
