It is a straightforward software with a significant utility capable of doing what other software offer but in 1 simple application. **What do you dislike about PowerISO?** It is tough to say something I don't dislike on PowerIso as it is a potent tool that enables you to carry on your USB the compressed tools you need to use or to create a backup copy of the software you bought and don't want to lose. **Recommendations to others considering PowerISO:** Always think on PowerIso when you get new software to create a copy of it. You can take it along with you to either have that software installed on a friend's pc or as well when you are at work and need to install it in multiple Pcs you can create a copy of it and have it saved on various USB drives or DVDs to save time and numerous complete installations. **What problems is PowerISO solving and how is that benefiting you?** The issues that I have resolved with PoweIso are creating copies of software that needs to be installed on my pc and keeping the original drives or CD/DVDs safe. By keeping the original drives or CD/DVDs safe and not risking them getting damaged or lost after or when using them, so is an excellent benefit PowerIso offers. ### 2. I used to have it for mounting my game disc and making bootable USB and compressing files in .NRG and .ISO formats. It's super fast and super simple unlike DVD FAB and power director etc. It was my go-to tool whenever I needed to extract any ISO file or mount them to my drive disk. **What do you dislike about PowerISO?** I think it's lost now and with time it didn't update itself. Most of the other tools in the market are now way faster when it comes to compression or extraction of ISO or NRG etc formats. Most PC has winrar installed which takes care of that issue. and making bootable USB is now easier with Microsoft 's creation tool so I don't use Power ISO now and I thin most people are doing the same. **Recommendations to others considering PowerISO:** If you really need such a tool then I think Power ISO should be it. It only takes less than a minute to install and then you can create multiple virtual drives in your pc and it can burn, mount and open various types of compressed disc images quickly. It can also create bootable USB drive to install any OS on a PC. It also consists of a theming engine which lets you choose themes based on your preference. Registered users will get free lifetime updates and unlimited technical support by email. **What do you dislike about PowerISO?** Restriction of creating and editing images files greater than 300mb's. Does not offer a portable version. Hangs sometimes and needs to be restarted. It's a bit costly and looks outdated compared to its alternatives. **Recommendations to others considering PowerISO:** Really a must to try for users, creating bootable USB drives, burning discs and mounting compressed files. **What problems is PowerISO solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using it I can mount different types of compressed images to my virtual drives simultaneously and I can create a bootable USB drive with any OS installer or with a Live OS to try it on a PC. Its no-nonsense interface isn't flashy, but efficient, well-rendered and fit for purpose. The virtual drive manager in the system tray allows quick unpacking and mounting of ZIP, RAR, 7Z, and ISO files; once the number of virtual drives has been set. **What do you dislike about PowerISO?** Costs money for full registered version. It isn't expensive for premium software, but plenty of free tools do a perfectly good job, too on the internet these days and PowerISO might be charging premium fees for the same job that can be done by free software. Its interface looks a bit old and out-dated although i don't really find it bothersome as it gets the job done extremely well. **Recommendations to others considering PowerISO:** The most reliable ISO software ever. I have been using the same software since 2008 and it's extremely easy to use, even if you don’t have any prior experience with similar stuff.
