They've taken something that was very confusing to us and made it easy to get live. **What do you dislike about Postie?** I don't dislike anything about Postie. It's a great platform. **What problems is Postie solving and how is that benefiting you?** They make sending direct mail easy. They handle the printing, mailing, and performance tracking for us. The vendor support team is responsive and put in great effort to provide solutions for our challenges in a timely manner. **What do you dislike about Postie?** The data is difficult to work with: some of the data is received at month's end, which forces acquisition to work with estimated metrics. The data lives in a vendor owned S3 bucket which give us less control. **What problems is Postie solving and how is that benefiting you?** Postie helps in managing Out of Home campaigns and tracking customer conversions in this channel on a daily granularity. With this tool we can reach a the population of people who may not be too versed in online media. ### 3.
