As a commercial electric company, we’ve tried a couple of other platforms for direct mail marketing but none really fit our workflow until PostGrid. What I like best is how simple it is to upload our contacts and send personalized postcards and letters. The integration with our CRM system was surprisingly smooth, and the address verification saves us from wasting prints and postage on bad addresses. Plus, their tracking feature really helps us know when customers recieve the mails, which we never had before. What problems is PostGrid Print & Mail solving and how is that benefiting you? Before using PostGrid, we struggled to manage follow-ups and seasonal promotions. A lot of our residential and commercial clients still rely on printed materials. PostGrid makes it easy to send bulk mail without stuffing envelopes or worrying about postage. We’ve seen a big jump in callbacks and quote requests after starting campaigns through their system. It’s basically given us a full-service marketing channel without hiring a marketing agency.
