What do you like best about PostGrid Address Verification?

PostGrid’s address verification feature has honestly been a huge help for us. We used to deal with so many bounced mails because of incomplete or wrongly entered addresses in our student database. With PostGrid, it verifies and standardizes every address before anything gets printed or mailed, which has saved us a ton on postage and headaches. What do you like best about PostGrid Address Verification?

We started using PostGrid mainly for address verification and honestly, it's been kind of a game changer for our practice. A lot of our legal documents need to be delivered without fail and before PostGrid, we’d constantly have issues with returned mail due to bad addresses. Their address API is surprisingly easy to use, and it catches invalid or incomplete addresses before we even send anything out. What I like most about PostGrid is how reliable the address validation is. In legal work, there’s no room for sending documents to the wrong address — that can cause serious issues. What’s been most helpful for us is the bulk address validation tool — it seriously cleaned up our messy, years-old contact lists. We work with hundreds of historical societies, libraries, universities, and donors across the country, and many of their addresses were outdated or inconsistently formatted. What do you like best about PostGrid Address Verification?

Honestly, the address verification feature has been a lifesaver for us. In commercial real estate, we’re constantly sending mailers, contracts, and listing packets to clients, investors, and property owners. Before using PostGrid, a good chunk of our mail would bounce back due to outdated or incomplete addresses, which was super frustrating (and costly). With PostGrid, that problem basically vanished.
