"Saved Us From Mailing Mistakes We Didn’t Even Know We Were Making"
5/5
What do you like best about PostGrid Address Verification?

What I honestly love most is how it catches the wrong addresses before we even send anything out. We deal with thousands of customer addresses every month for coupons, event invites, and promo samples, and PostGrid’s bulk address verification makes it super easy to clean up our lists in one go. It flags incomplete or fake entries right away, and even corrects formatting issues we wouldn’t have caught on our own. It literally took a few minutes to run through a list of like 6,000 addresses and saved us from wasting a ton on undeliverable mail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PostGrid Address Verification?

We had a small learning curve understanding the CSV formatting part. But the support was awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Accurate Addresses = Fewer Delays in Our Deliveries!"
5/5
What do you like best about PostGrid Address Verification?

What I like most is the accuracy it brings to our delivery system. We're in transportation and if an address is even a little wrong, it throws off the whole schedule. PostGrid’s address validation tool has helped us reduce those "can’t find location" calls from drivers. It catches bad addresses right when we input them into the system, and even formats them correctly. Saves our dispatch team a ton of headaches, especially during busy weeks. Also integrates pretty well with our existing systems (though we had to ask support for help at first). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PostGrid Address Verification?

Had a bit of trouble with initial setup—some of the documentation could be clearer. UI isn’t super flashy, but it gets the job done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Our Deliveries Stopped Getting Lost—Thanks to PostGrid!"
5/5
What do you like best about PostGrid Address Verification?

As a food company, accurate delivery is everything. We send out recipe kits, promo boxes, and sometimes perishables, so wrong addresses literally spoil everything. PostGrid’s address verification saved us from a lot of headaches. It catches those weird apartment number issues, misspelled street names, and even tells us if an address doesn't exist before we ship anything out. Integration with our system was pretty smooth too. It’s honestly one of those tools you didn’t know you needed until you start using it—and now we can’t imagine not having it in our workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PostGrid Address Verification?

Took a little while to get familiar with all the features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Saved Us From Wasting Mailers and Money – PostGrid Made a Big Difference"
5/5
What do you like best about PostGrid Address Verification?

We started using PostGrid mostly for bulk address validation because a lot of our mailers were getting returned or lost. Honestly, this tool has saved us a ton of cash and headaches. It cleans up our mailing lists real fast, and we don’t have to worry about typos or outdated addresses anymore. Plus, it integrates pretty smooth with our CRM so we can validate hundreds of contacts in one go. The accuracy is pretty spot on, and our delivery rate is way better than before. I like how it takes care of something we never thought was such a big issue until now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PostGrid Address Verification?

There’s a small learning curve at first. Also, the UI looks a bit dated but still works fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"PostGrid Helped Us Stop Losing Books in the Mail!"
5/5
What do you like best about PostGrid Address Verification?

The address validation feature has honestly been a lifesaver for us. As a publishing house, we send out tons of books — to authors, reviewers, bookstores — and we were getting way too many returns because of bad addresses. Since using PostGrid, the number of returned packages has dropped big time. It catches small typos and even fills in missing ZIP codes, which we didn’t even realize were wrong before. It works behind the scenes without us having to double-check everything manually, which is such a relief when we’re swamped with launch deadlines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PostGrid Address Verification?

It took a bit to figure out the API setup at first. But the support was awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Address Verification That Keeps Campaigns Running Smooth"
5/5
What do you like best about PostGrid Address Verification?

The address verification feature is honestly one of the most valuable parts of PostGrid for us. As a digital marketing company, when we run offline campaigns, we can’t afford bad data or wrong addresses. PostGrid helps us validate addresses in bulk and in real-time, which ensures our mailers are actually landing where they should. I really like that it checks addresses against official postal data and gives us clean, standardized results every time. It’s reduced our bounce rates and helped us keep our client’s reputation intact. Plus, the API was easy enough for our dev team to plug into our systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PostGrid Address Verification?

Would love a bit more customization on the error reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Bulk Address Validation That Actually Works Without the Headaches"
5/5
What do you like best about PostGrid Address Verification?

The bulk address validation feature has been a total game changer for our stewardship outreach. We manage a huge donor list that changes often, and PostGrid helps us clean and verify hundreds of addresses at once, quickly and accurately. What I like best is that it flags incomplete or wrong addresses before we even send anything out — no more wasting money on returned mail or losing touch with important donors. It’s pretty straightforward to upload lists, and the integration with our CRM was smoother than expected. Overall it just saves us tons of time and energy we’d otherwise spend checking things manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PostGrid Address Verification?

Sometimes it takes a few seconds longer than expected to process really large lists. But that is not a dealbreaker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"PostGrid Cleaned Up Our Mailing List and Saved Us a Ton of Hassle!"
5/5
What do you like best about PostGrid Address Verification?

The address validation service has honestly been one of the smartest tools we’ve added to our media operations this year. We have a pretty big subscriber base across regions, and before using PostGrid, we were dealing with a lot of returns and undelivered issues. Now, every address is auto-verified and formatted correctly before we send anything out—magazines, press invites, even promo kits. It’s fast, super accurate, and runs quietly in the background without needing us to babysit it all the time. Also, being able to validate bulk addresses in one go is a total lifesaver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PostGrid Address Verification?

Took a bit to figure out how to integrate with our CRM. Interface could be a little more modern maybe, but it works fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Address Validation That Actually Works—Finally Found the Right Fit!"
5/5
What do you like best about PostGrid Address Verification?

The best thing about PostGrid for us has been how reliable the address validation feature is. We run a lot of outreach mailings for public health info and previously had a ton of mail returned or just vanish because of minor address errors. PostGrid’s validation tools catch those issues before anything goes out, which has saved us both time and money. We’ve been able to clean up our entire database and confidently send mail to the right recipients without second-guessing. It's also super helpful that it works in the background without us having to manually check everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PostGrid Address Verification?

Sometimes the UI is a bit slow when switching between sections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
