Poseidon is excellent for helping you build an online presence, making it easier for potential clients to discover you and become more familiar with your services.

I have nothing negative to say about them. My only criticism is that they sometimes take on too much and may end up overextending themselves.

I would not have been able to build the online presence I have today without their help. Additionally, I could never have achieved the same quality or quantity of videos reaching the right audience on my own.

**What do you like best about Poseidon?**

The software is very user-friendly; once it is set up, you can implement it into your daily/weekly activities without a huge ongoing time commitment but see massive results. Ash and his team are available to assist with campaign design, recommending tweaks to improve performance and making sure you are getting the most out of the tool.

**What do you dislike about Poseidon?**

Ultimately, Poseidon is just a sales tool; as a user, we still need to engage and convert leads. So, getting comfortable with the process and balancing the automation vs. User sales intervention is a learning curve.

**What problems is Poseidon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves me countless hours, identifying and connecting with potential sales leads. It helps me keep track of which tactics are driving conversions and what talking points resonate most with the audience I am trying to attract.

There is a little bit of a learning curve, but I'm new to most things sales, so anything will have a learning curve for me.

You have to be willing to invest the time into developing your social media presence, but the tools and the pathway is laid out by Poseidon

**What do you like best about Poseidon?**

Poseidon makes it easy to use thoughtful automation to reach out to my smaller target accounts. 

This in turn allows myself and my team be able to focus more time on breaking into larger accounts. It also considerably cuts down on the number of tools you need to run an SDR org successfully. 

Rather than spending countless hours on multiple SDR tools you can replace them all with Poseiden freeing up time for more outreach by your reps and more coaching by your sales leaders (in this case, me)

Poseidon fits perfectly in our ecosystem and allows me to have full visibility into people who are actually engaging with my content. It is easy to set up as it needs significantly less integration that if you were stitching together 3,4,5 SDR tools. 

I’ve been on the hunt for just a single tool that I can use to have my SDRs live in on a day to day that they actually want to prospect and do the research that’s going to help me close enterprise deals. Poseidon is the only one that I’ve seen recently that I want our SDRs to live in as they go through their day to day process. It allows me as a manager to help streamline their work flow and give them time back in their day to focus on driving more pipeline for the business. Implementation of Poseidon was so straightforward and takes way less time than other tooling that we’ve used - the apollos and replys, and definitely much faster than the outreaches and saleslofts of the world. And the team has even helped us with messaging that no one else would take the time out to do. Any time I had questions the customer success team was there to answer them quickly (their Slack channel is awesome). Their product people actually listen to my advice on what sales people need. I cannot recommend Poseidon more as I believe it is the next step in SDR evolution.

**What do you dislike about Poseidon?**

The product is still in its early stage - let’s be honest, I’m super demanding as a sales leader so I would like to see some additional automation added.

**What problems is Poseidon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem is solved for my and my team is freeing up time. It allows me to streamline my teams workflow by working in one solution rather that jumping from 4 or 5 different tools and trying to integrate them properally. It cuts down on the time it takes to reset after a task and allows my team to do significantly more outreach to prospects than my current process

Poseidon has significantly enhanced our social selling efforts on LinkedIn. I like its content library feature, which proves beneficial for both our marketing and sales teams.

**What do you dislike about Poseidon?**

Occasionally, Poseidon can be a bit glitchy, which can be frustrating. But overall, we're very pleased with it. I haven't heard any complaints from our team at this point.

Poseidon simplifies the process of sharing materials with prospects and clients for our sales team. Its centralized repository eliminates the need to hunt for marketing resources elsewhere. 

We find Poseidon's Docshare feature quite useful, it provides valuable insights into how prospects interact with shared content, allowing sales teams to tailor their approach based on engagement metrics. 

Its intuitive interface and robust features make it an invaluable asset for any org looking to optimize their social selling efforts on LinkedIn.

**What do you like best about Poseidon?**

I do pretty well when I'm in front of somebody interested in our services. But I do not enjoy the process of 1) prospecting and 2) getting meetings.

Poseidon makes it more appealing for me to do these two tasks in the first place. And secondly, it helps me do these two specific tasks a lot faster (and better) than if I do it alone.

I spend most of my time delivering to my clients. But the business only grows by expanding our services and bringing in new businesses.

**What do you dislike about Poseidon?**

It's not the easiest to use at first by yourself. Maybe because I'm not a salesperson and I'm not in that frame of mind all the time. But the learning curve does pay off in the long run. And the team at Poseidon made me feel welcome and made my implementation very rewarding in the end.

**What problems is Poseidon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Business development for a highly relationship-driven consulting service firm. Delivering value on engagements is one thing. But going above and beyond and bringing in business is another. This helps in that effort.

**What do you like best about Poseidon?**

The UI of Poseidon is so clean, effective, and prompts immediate engagement with the tool.  If you're on a GTM team in sales, sales development, account management, CS, etc, the navigation will eventually become like second nature and you won't believe that you've been able to manage your day, your ICP contacts and your general activities without Poseidon.  Very happy with the tool and would recommend to anyone!

**What do you dislike about Poseidon?**

While the learning curve isn't steep, I would suggest that people that are experienced in CRM, enablement or automation tools will pick up the nuances of Poseidon on their own much quicker.  As i'm pretty experienced with supplementary tools, Poseidon felt very natural to me  when I first started using the tool, and I appreciated all of the navigation hacks that were possible, but I especially appreciate the support team that Poseidon offers.  Best in class!

The power of convenience, automation and operational efficiency, Poseidon makes the lives of salespeople and sales developpment roles that much easier.  I feel that Poseidon is a love letter to the people that don't get enough credit for the incredibly difficult task (amidst uncertain climates) in approach modern-day, omnichannel demand gen and outbound prospecting.

I love being able to "set it and forget it" automation, message templates for quick and easy personalization, and doc/knowledge sharing.

Any time I have a question their customer service team responds quickly, but I would prefer more of a self-service knowledge-base approach so I don't have to bug anyone.

Poseidon is very intuitive. Everything from the easy to locate HUD and the seamless intergration with LinkedIn make using it super easy. Implementing Poseidon was also a breeze. Poseidon's ease of use has led to a frequency in use and I'm not sure what we would do without it.

I wish their customer support team worked around the clock, 24/7!

Poseidon is helping us solve initial outreach and recruitment. It would normally take weeks to gather all of the necessary contact information, but with Poseidon's seamless LinkedIn intergration and easy to use campaign outreach tools, the time it takes to complete this task is cut DRASTICALLY.

I really enjoy the UI and how easy it is to maintain progess with daily activites. It has turbo charged out outbound motion and intricately includes the social touches we were lookign for prior to discovering Poseidon. We are in the platform everyday, it is a core piece cof our whole sales motion.

I ran into a few error whenI was initally getting setup. The support team was able to answer these quickly and get them resloved.

One feature that we are absolutely in love with is the docshare reporting all in one platform. We can see the activity report right inside the platform and with a few clicks we can engage with the prospect around the exact media topic the lead magents were using.

Poseidon is not just easy to use but it is incredibly effective, and fast. Posedion with it's data enrichment, multi channel outbound, and integration into HubSpot saves me 10 hours a week in time. It also greatly increases my connection rates and ability to book meetings with target ICP accounts. I HIGHLY recommend this soltution.

Poseidon continues to get better. I use many software solutions and I'm quite happy with Poseidon.

**What problems is Poseidon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Poseidon solves the problem of effiecincy and saves time which is the biggest cost and commodity in the modern work world. Poseidon allows you to use multi channels LinkedIn, Email, Phone, and connect with HubSpot. Writing personalized messages takes time. Poseidon allows you to scale personalized messages. Running a campaing in Outreach.io and then the same list in InMails is a challenge for the backend with Poseidon you can easily run these campaigns with the same data set. Prospecting and researching ICP accounts takes time. Poseidon's one touch prospecting is a game changer.

Ash at Poseidon has been an amazing partner in helping us get onboarded quickly so we can start reaching out to customers on LinkedIn. As a startup, it is critical for us to chat with as many prospective customers as possible to continue delivering value to our users. With Poseidon's LinkedIn automation, we can reach out to hundred of our target users with custom message templates.

Implementing Poseidon was simple for our sales and product teams.

Honestly, Poseidon is in a great position because we are able to find value in the product even at its early stages. There are some features we have discussed with their team to make it easier to setup different pipelines for our two sided marketplace, but they have been extremely helpful in discovering ways to get the value we are looking for.

**What do you like best about Poseidon?**

Our use case is a bit different here — I’ve used the platform to find freelance data engineers.  Poseidon has been a straightforward and efficient approach to outreach. Its design simplifies the process of reaching the right recruits- it’s secure and effective. The platform's ability to create cadences that resemble natural LinkedIn conversations is the biggest differentiator, making it feel more authentic. The integration of what they call “Heads Up Display”, LI Automation, and especially DocShare is a comprehensive solution for our entire prospecting process. The analytics is practical for me, allowing me and a teammate to understand the impact of messaging and make necessary adjustments. The key thing — and I want to underscore this — is the *responsiveness* of the Poseidon team, especially when it comes to addressing user queries and ideas for improvement, which is a significant advantage.   This engineering team really moves!

**What do you dislike about Poseidon?**

Poseidon has a ton of features if you know how to figure them out? But at the start, it's a bit of a head-scratcher. Especially if you're new. Stick with it, though, and it starts making sense. Just wish they'd make it easier to sift through the different cadences and add better filtering.    I hope this is coming soon

Poseidon tackles the challenge of efficient and effective outreach on platforms like LinkedIn. For me, it's a game-changer, automating the entire prospecting process that previously needed multiple tools. It doesn't just send messages; it crafts conversations that feel genuine. This helps immensely in my recruiting efforts and when coordinating with freelancers for outbound activities. The platform's automation maintains a consistent pipeline, freeing up my time for other tasks. Plus, with the analytics, I quickly identify what works and what doesn't, allowing for on-the-fly adjustments. In short, Poseidon removes much of the manual work and amplifies my outreach effectiveness.

The efficiency of the experience. Once you get cadences set, it's literally, "set it and forget it". You log in once a day to get things running, and that's it - it runs in the background of whatever else you're doing.

**What do you dislike about Poseidon?**

I'm not a writer by any means. so putting together the copy that goes into it was a challenge for me. Needing it to be catchy and short were the only challenge I've had and that's on me.

Prospecting - working remotely, it can be a challenge to find new prospective clients and this has allowed me to do just that. Tremendous opportunites available on LinkedIn and this tool has allowed me to reach people I never would be able to in a "traditional" office space.

Poseidon is the easiest tool I've used to reach the right people at scale. It's also much more secure than other tools out there. Ash and his team have been a dream to work with, offering to go above and beyond to make sure that we're targetting the right people and have more information than we'd have with any other vendor.

I've used four of five other tools in the past, and Poseidon is by far the best one I've used.

Nothing so far! It's very intuitive to get going.

We use Poseidon to reach out to free tier users of our solution on LinkedIn. It's the best way to catch them, build rapport, and get deals done, without worrying about things like email deliverability.

Fully integrated prospecting made easy on LinkedIn. with a wealth of features I have just barely begun to understand and utilize.

Personalization at scale, but continuously checks and ensures your fields are filled first preventing misfires with blank fields.

Research feature that pulls prospects from a range of sources to help craft your messaging and a very easy manner in which to group prospects.

Other notable features are the export to CSV, kanban opportunity board, saved and categorized templates for easy finding (docshare) and much more.

An extremely well put together product that has evolved into a near full SEP.  I haven't come across many issues or bugs however if I do, the entire Poseidon team is very quick to fix any subtle error or issue.

An absolute must for any outbound prospecting team! This tool has replaced three others, streamlined my workflow, and saved me countless hours each month to redeploy elsewhere.

**What do you like best about Poseidon?**

Poseidon helps us on a daily basis with reaching out to potential PR contacts, journalists and even investors.  As an entrepreneur, this makes it so that my outreach to press / journalists takes a fraction of the time that it would take.   Combined with sales navigator or even Linkedin Premium, this makes it so smooth that I can really time shift a lot of my outreach activities and focus on other tasks at different times.  The heads up display is incredibly powerful. We are a small team and need to automate to stay efficient.    The message templates (so easy!) and social automation helps a ton with that. Through docshare we can include images of our products and app directly into messages, which is such an eye catcher and has improved response rates in our case by a lot. The analytics help us understand which messaging works and which doesn't and enable us to change course or messaging in real time. I didn’t realize how effective using Linkedin outreach could be and by keeping track of everything with Poseidon, it just adds a level of simplicity for me that I can’t get by using Linkedin alone.

**What do you dislike about Poseidon?**

We are a small team and have little time to spend on onboarding and learning new platforms. At the beginning the platform requires a bit of learning to understand how to get everything started, but the Poseidon team is available to help when I have issues with it. They are very fast at responding and guided us through the onboarding process very smoothly.

Again, I didn’t realize how effective using Linkedin outreach could be and by keeping track of everything with Poseidon, it just adds a level of simplicity for me that I can’t get by using Linkedin alone.   My background is in Marketing and product development, but currently I still do everything sales related. This almost adds a team member, which is handling all outreach in the background and taking a lot of my plate.

Poseidon's is stacked! The Heads Up Display, LinkedIn Automation, DocShare, Analytics, and Message templates all together create a product that almost drives itself!

If you're doing outbound sales in 2023... you pretty much have to show your prospects that you actually took the time to learn about them, not just copy and paste the same old message to everyone. Use some details about their background or interests to make your message pop and show them that you care and you're guaranteed to double your pipe.   I'm a huge fan of Fanatical Prospecting and I've discovered that Poseidon is the way to help me activate that playbook in real time as a modern sales leader.

**What do you dislike about Poseidon?**

Well... I can't say much of what I dislike, their team is always available to help!

**What problems is Poseidon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's super important to sound like a real live human being when you're reaching out to prospects. You don't want to come off as some kind of robot or automated message, because that's just gonna turn people off faster than a wet dog smell in a hot car.   So here's the deal, you gotta sound like a real person! That means using language that's conversational and relatable. No need to break out the Shakespearean sonnets or anything like that, just talk like you're chatting with a buddy over a beer.  Poseidon helps you do that with social selling in a way that's unique and actually books me more meetings than anything that I've used in the past.

**What do you like best about Poseidon?**

1. The makers of the tool keep it simple. Too many tools try to sell you into their method which is always too much. If you have a clear point of view of how you want to sell, what you want out of a tool, and not a bunch of extra, this is a good choice.
2. Of the automation tools out there, this one gives you the satisfaction of actually doing the work on screen. It doesn't just do it in the background in a black box. I didn't realize how valuable this would be until I saw it. 
3. The founder and engineers are extremely accessible. Service-wise, I feel heard as a customer and many times the product team has gone out of their way to make little things possible for me.

**What do you dislike about Poseidon?**

Not a whole lot to dislike. I think this tool is as good as the person using it, how coachable they are, how receptive they are to best sales practices today, and evolving with it.

**What problems is Poseidon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't have a sense of desperation of where my next deal is going to come from. Because I've used Poseidon in the background to keep my pipeline full.

As founder/CEO we have to spend our time in two ways: 1) important and urgent; and 2) important and non-urgent.

Most of us spend our time doing urgent and important work. Like running the business and spending time with customers.

But usually we don't have time to do #2, non-urgent and important work. For a lot of us networking, marketing, and cold-contacting are not urgent but important. We know we should do those things but they're just not urgent.

The problem is when we don't do those things, suddenly marketing and sales become super urgent. And there's nothing we can do but barely stay afloat.

This tool helps me stay ahead of those and keep a solid pipeline running all the time.

The ability to create media-rich sharable/trackable links is excellent. It's like martech built directly into a sales enablement platform. It's allowed me and my team to ensure all our sales materials are highly tailored per account and ICP. It's also turned our classic sales folk into youtubers of sort. Creating mutlichannel sequences is also far easier than other platforms I've used. The analytics is great and the support is also fantastic. Founder-level engagement with customer success issues is luxurious. Felt like my product feedback was truly heard and they were willing to add new features to the roadmap.

**What do you dislike about Poseidon?**

My next job uses SFDC as their CRM so we won't be able to use it, but I imagine as they go up market they'll build native integration with the leading CRMs.

**What problems is Poseidon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are lots of similar platforms, but few can do everything this can. We saved by not having a whole stack of sales tools. Used to pay over $1200 per rep, per month, but the data enrichment is fantastic! So we don't have to pay Zoom, Outreach, etc. and focus on the content we deliver to prospects.

One of Poseidon's strongest features is the shared LinkedIn connection list. Instead of waiting for lead lists from my team, I am able to search their entire list of connections and identify potential leads. Poseidon also offers an incredibly user-friendly interface.

The UI/UX of Poseidon is far better than other products on the market. I've used everything from outreach, Hubspot, Salesloft. Poseidon feels the most modern and intuitive. Not having to bounce between multiple tools like Zoominfo etc, and to have that integrated dircetly into the platform is a huge time saver. The notes, account notes, and contact adjusting is far superior to what outreach has.

Being an early beta tester, sometimes there were bugs, but the team was always very responsive, open to feedback, and made changes based on what we needed.

I love that enables touching buyers at different points in the journey, and across the different channels that they may be communicating in. The modern buyers' journey is complicated and multi-faceted, you need a sales co-pilot that understands that and works with it.

It can be somewhat complex to go through the different workflows needed. You also need to provide access to your LinkedIn and install the Chrome extension to get maximum benefit.
