Poseidon saves me so much time in my outbound sales process. The UI is really smooth and helps maintain efficiency at scale.

Took a little while to figure out the software, but once you get onboarded  everything makes so much sense!

The ease of use across platforms. There is an obvious focus on the users ability to have a smooth workflow.

With any product there is a learning curve and I would encourage Poseidon to heavily leverage enablement content.

The complexities of prospecting across dark social and the shortcomings of CRM in general.

**What do you like best about Poseidon?**

Excellent omni-channel capabilities in one place. Helps with Social selling, especially on Linkedin. Replaces hours of painfully switching between spreadsheets and CRM.

**What do you dislike about Poseidon?**

It would be nice to have more integrations, but the team is constantly working to improve the user experience.

**What problems is Poseidon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a small team, and being efficient with outbound is very important. Poseiden helps us by making our sales process much faster and improving personalization for social selling

**What do you like best about Poseidon?**

It allows me to have a CRM for my Linkedin and ease the challenge of messaging people first.

I would like to have templates made by me and created by them.

I´m not sure if I can VOIP my phone, but that would be pretty rad.

**What do you dislike about Poseidon?**

I want to integrate with more data providers, such as phone and email.
The interface its okay , could do a little more work and revamp on the main menu of the website.

**Recommendations to others considering Poseidon:**

The value added of them doing the prospecting for you, is also nice.

**What problems is Poseidon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Linkedin personalization.
Allowing me to drop the people I´m talking with, I´m currently using another tool for open chats, so when this one is combined for follow up, it aids me to know where I need to focus next.

**What do you like best about Poseidon?**

I’ve been using Poseidon since the early days and seeing how fast it's improving is bonkers.   Of course it’s effective as an outbound Sales tool, but what I like most about it is that I can use it to add notes directly on social profiles about potential investors, partners, and developers that I want to hire, or people that I want to partner with.   Then I can come back to these profiles later on and just remind myself to do something with that person, even if it's just to send them an email.

**What do you dislike about Poseidon?**

As the product is moving so quickly, sometimes it's a bit hard to find something when I already have built a mental model for where that thing was.   Ultimately, I find what I was looking for, and the experience is always smoother and better in the long run.

**What problems is Poseidon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love that I can easily find people’s contact information just using the extension and I don’t need to go to a million other places.  In the future, I could see myself using this to send emails directly from someone’s profile page.

**What do you like best about Poseidon?**

The ability to communicate between Sales & Marketing, share content creation responsibilities was eye-opening. Previously at other companies, the separation between the two departments was detrimental to productivity. Poseidon allows this to happen seamlessly, and in real-time. Keeping the messaging consistent across the board is vital, Poseidon keeps everyone on the same mission.

**What do you dislike about Poseidon?**

One thing that I was looking for more was an easy way to A/B test for cadences. You can accomplish this with separate cadences, but to allow that to be toggled, I feel would be a nice win

**What problems is Poseidon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eliminating wasted time on prospecting. Turning Prospecting into a "task" that is actually enjoyable. Now that we have the templates dialed in, it makes going out and finding the personalized info, which is actually FUN

**What do you like best about Poseidon?**

There are a few things I really like about Poseidon. First, the UI and holistic reporting makes it simple to view engagement and activity across multiple prospecting campaigns. Outbound message sequences only need to be created one time, and by having the ability to deploy a prospecting cadence right from someone's profile it's already saved me hours of personalizing messages and connection requests. The support team at Poseidon is very responsive and all-in-all, this tool saves me money and gives me the air coverage I need for prospecting.

**What do you dislike about Poseidon?**

Nothing right now. There are a few integrations I've yet to explore but will circle back once we do.

**What problems is Poseidon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're completely automating our LinkedIn engagement with buyers (prospects) and new customers. The tool saves me a ton of time and sales velocity increased two-fold after we started using Poseidon.

Seamless integration with Linkedin and other tools to do diversified outreach through Linkedin message, email, and phone
Ability to create cadences with auto-fill features that fill in name, company, position, etc. without having to search and fill in information for each client
Can see when prospective clients have opened documents and viewed your messages
Can easily find prospective clients' email addresses directly from Linkedin profile
It has a feature to research prospective clients directly from their Linkedin profile so I can personalize my messages
Ability to export CSV directly from Sales Navigator into Poseidon to do large-scale outreach

**What do you dislike about Poseidon?**

One thing I disliked was the slight confusion at first with how Poseidon worked to send cadences. It takes about a minute to run a cadence where Poseidon opens a new tab and scrolls through the profile, then send the message. At first I accidentally clicked out of the new tab when it opened, but once I realized that it was part of the process everything ran smoothly!

**Recommendations to others considering Poseidon:**

Remember to hit "run cadence" every day, as it does not automatically run on the scheduled day.

**What problems is Poseidon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can do a much higher volume of outreach than I could before, bringing in more meetings and deals with new and existing clients. The personalized automation that Poseidon provides is truly a lifesaver!

**What do you like best about Poseidon?**

Poseidon's ease of use with LinkedIn is outstanding. It just plugs in as an extension.

The ability to add and collect notes, information and then define cadences is outstanding.
The overall UI is very refined, and the experience is smooth.

**What do you dislike about Poseidon?**

Poseidon is still being worked on, and there are minor niggles at times where sync or contact visibility might not be instant,(because of LinkedIn issues). These are being sorted out. There are no drawbacks as such, and the product is improved on daily.

**What problems is Poseidon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Poseidon helps in identifying the correct leads, and contact information at a glance.

It functions like a mini-crm and the ability to drive different sequences/cadences within the app itself is a great benefit. You can avoid an extra tool in the tech stack.

For me, the best thing here was how easy it was to write more personalized messages to prospects, save them, categorize them, and reuse them when it made sense. 
I got positive feedback from people I reached out to on the PDF "feature" and how professional it looked. I haven't yet dived into the teams and activity features that much, but it will be a great add-on for our team leads to be able to track and see progress.

I wouldn't say there are things that I "dislike", but the product still needs some maturity, however, they have been really honest about this and helped every time I had an issue.

It has helped me to do reach-out on LinkedIn in a structured, scaleable and trackable way

MKC is very sales led, so everyone here is encouraged to sell, and even my, a video guy, can make comms. At first I thought it was a stupid distraction until Megan gave us access to Poseidon. Its so powerful and easy to use that even I can set meetings and get bigger paychecks. Its native to LinkedIn which makes prospecting and sending messages super easy

Nothing! Everything thats come up the team has immediately solved for us by jumping on a call.

Simpler tool to align sales & marketing
Less complicated and cumbersome than other tools
Easy for new teammates to get ramped up with all the research, tools, outreach and materials in one place
Easy to act on intent - know when people are viewing things
Account data also available right in the plugin.
Can see which employees have already been cadenced - who touched it last, and how we reached out to them in the past.

**What do you dislike about Poseidon?**

As a startup Poseidon is working on getting a more seamless onboarding process rolling. However, their customer success team is fantastic support in the meantime.

I get first person intent signals which is amazing. Poseidon has replaced 3 other tools for my team.

Poseidon helped me to streamline contextual outreach to key stakeholders across different industries. I do a lot of outreach on Linkedin to industry experts and other founders.

**What do you dislike about Poseidon?**

If anything were missing from this product, it would have been more custom pre-loaded templates for outreach. All of the outreach I did was bespoke, so it would have been hard for the team to anticipate the kind of outreach for which I needed to create scripts.

I am reaching out to people to gather information and it helps to create templates to make work a lot easier for massive outreach. This has led to a higher response rate.

-Simplifies the visibility teams have into interactions prospects are having with outbound collateral, push notifications for engagement
-Structured in a way that is conducive to training others on best practices (templates, intuitive interface that can be helpful for positive habit-forming, etc.)
-When multithreading outreach to a parent company, interactions with all prospects within the company are easy to visualize alongside all historic engagement 
-Less screen hopping, less manual work

Poseidon does very well at helping to automate sales sequences as well as keep track of different cadences running.

Hopefully soon Poseidon can have a Outlook API similar to its Google API

Amazing tool--huge time saver! And their team is so helpful!

I'm not sure, I'm just getting started so I can't really offer any feedback yet!

Using it to generate cadences FAST, stay organized...for an OCD brain like mine, it's a dream come true!!
