**What do you like best about POSaBIT?**

I like POSaBIT for its excellent design and refined functionality. It's a streamlined tool for the industry and works well, being the best I've found. The easy onboarding is also a big benefit, especially given the turnover rate in the cannabis industry.

**What do you dislike about POSaBIT?**

Can improve on integrations, with time management for employees. And AI integrations, for data analysis.

**What problems is POSaBIT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find POSaBIT easy to use for inventory management, enhances customer experience, and includes CRM capabilities.

Ability to run debit cards without having full-service atm machine.

The continous dropping of connection and transactions not being recorded on the backend.

Ability to run debit cards at POS.

The tipping option that allows streamlined debit tip processing.

**What do you dislike about POSaBIT?**

Very spotty network, often disconnects, response from IT associates for help is slow if anyone reaches out at all.

**What problems is POSaBIT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems with connectivity tend to remain unsolved until the next business day to lack of assistance.
