What I like most about Leafnet is that it brings the core functions of cannabis retail into one platform without making the day to day experience overly complicated for store teams. We regularly use the POS, inventory management, customer profiles, loyalty, promotions, compliance workflows, and reporting.
From an operational perspective, having these functions connected is valuable. Transactions update inventory, customer activity feeds into loyalty and purchase history, and management has access to reporting without having to piece together information from several different systems. That gives both our frontline team and leadership a more consistent view of the business.
I also appreciate that Leafnet continues to evolve the platform and has been responsive to feedback. In an industry with unique compliance and operational requirements, having a provider that understands cannabis retail and is willing to work with operators has been particularly valuable. There honestly isn't much that I dislike about Leafnet. The main area I would like to see continue to grow is the number of out of the box integrations with other cannabis industry platforms and vendors.
That said, this has not been a significant limitation for us. When I've needed an integration that wasn't already available, the Leafnet team has been responsive and willing to work toward building it. They also provide an open API, which makes it much easier for us to access the data we need and connect Leafnet with other tools in our technology stack.
Overall, I view integrations as an opportunity for continued growth rather than a major weakness of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
