Also a massive help during a day on the road, adding in nearby appoitments, or taking non-important visits out of the schedule if time gets tight etc. **What do you dislike about portatour®?** Sometimes doesn't take you to the accurate address, the geolocation is not always correct. Also fiddly to get around if you only want to do a couple of visits in a day, if you take some out it just replaces with more, so you have to either put visits blocks in, of book the time out as an appointment so it wont add more in **What problems is portatour® solving and how is that benefiting you?** Freeing up time in the office. Less time looking customers up when out on the road ### 2. Easy call reporting. The api allows easy interface with existign crm and erp systems **What do you dislike about portatour®?** there is nothing I dislike. They should have options to customize and bill monthly.
