It's also easy to customize things like how many options to have in the poll, and wether or not multiple choice is enabled. **What do you dislike about Polly?** Coordinating all the initial poll setup via Slackbot can come with a learning curve. The initial menu after typing /polly in Slack can be daunting at first. I had to play around with it for a bit before I felt comfortable using it. I don't consider this a huge disadvantage, because the more advanced features Polly offers outweigh the complexity. **Recommendations to others considering Polly:** It may take a little bit of playing around with Polly to get the hang of it. But once you jump over the initial learning hurdle, I think you'll find it a super helpful tool with lots of customization options to build robust polls! **What problems is Polly solving and how is that benefiting you?** I work in an agile, self-managing environment, so it helps to have a way to quickly put a poll together to get ideas on team consensus. If I had to ask for 1 feature enhancement, I'd ask them to allow images in choice options for reviews of different design options or voting on particular images that aren't living outside of the poll (Option 1, Option 2, Option 3 - see photos here) etc. **What problems is Polly solving and how is that benefiting you?** In marketing its very useful to have the ability to gather feedback and user stories. You can see results in comments in slack too- the whole integration is great. They have pretty good templates for surveys as well. We have taken a few and customized them for our own needs. **What do you dislike about Polly?** Once a survey is sent, you don't have the option to change it or to even change the close date, so if something needs to be changed you have to go ahead and delete it, and then start over. An edit functionality would be great. **Recommendations to others considering Polly:** We use polly and surveymonkey for different things because they have different strengths. Polly is great for short informal surveys/questions. **What problems is Polly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using polly for short informal surveys to gauge employee interest in various initiatives, like snack preferences or what book to read for a book club. I don't like creating it in the app because I'm worried about sending it incorrectly!
