Currently, the roles I respect the most are prototypes, preparation and numbers. We have now put some custom e-newsletter models using the platform and it was really simple. And different methods used to schedule cause the pc of mine to be on as well as on the system to transmit communications in a set time, which totally contradict the purposes of scheduling. Don't have to worry about it for PoliteMail. And it can also be useful to see which time / days to send messages are much better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing I don't like is that I have found ongoing problems following the last PoliteMail version. The opportunities for me often crash when I'm invited or even when a message is sent. That's unsettling, frankly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The tool is easy to use and works well with outlook. Saves updating a database of staff/customers if you have groups already set up in outlook by your IT team. The perfect Internal Comms add on for sure! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It was a bit difficult to get started with the loops and holes with our in house IT team, but the PoliteMail team worked hard to iron out issues with my IT department. Like any third party it can be tricky to get going but once set up its fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There's a bit of a learning curve, so don't expect to jump right in and know exactly how to do everything. Like most programs, take your time to figure out what you need to do, then seek out those who know how to do it so they can give you some tutorials. Hands-on learning is best with something like this. There *can* be down time and traffic jams, so you have to make sure you're coordinating appropriately with your team. For the first time ever, I have more than gut instinct when it comes to the effectiveness of our internal emails. The data is easy to understand and helping us be better communicators. We have suggested PoliteMail add a "draft" feature, as we often share drafts between multiple members of our team. I believe they are working on this, which will make our process more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The features that I appreciate most are the prototypes, planning and statistics. Using the platform we've already arranged some personalized e-newsletter models, and it was pretty simple. And for scheduling, other methods that we've used allow my computer to be on and on the system for an email to be transmitted at the predetermined time — which totally contradicts scheduling purposes. The main thing I just do not like is the continuing problems I've seen since the last version of PoliteMail. My Outlook also crashes when I get invites to meet, or if an email is sent. This is really upsetting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Helped us understand what content or message is working during this critical time. We needed to know if our messages reached to all staff and ensured that they are engaged, informed and well connected. We saw in real time, which content was not useful or engaging.
