Currently, the roles I respect the most are prototypes, preparation and numbers. We have now put some custom e-newsletter models using the platform and it was really simple. And different methods used to schedule cause the pc of mine to be on as well as on the system to transmit communications in a set time, which totally contradict the purposes of scheduling. Don't have to worry about it for PoliteMail. And it can also be useful to see which time / days to send messages are much better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about PoliteMail? The only thing I don't like is that I have found ongoing problems following the last PoliteMail version. The tool is easy to use and works well with outlook. Saves updating a database of staff/customers if you have groups already set up in outlook by your IT team. It was a bit difficult to get started with the loops and holes with our in house IT team, but the PoliteMail team worked hard to iron out issues with my IT department. The ease and simplicity makes it fairly powerful out of the box, and the add-on's give it a little bit more bang for the buck. There's a bit of a learning curve, so don't expect to jump right in and know exactly how to do everything. Like most programs, take your time to figure out what you need to do, then seek out those who know how to do it so they can give you some tutorials. Hands-on learning is best with something like this. There \*can\* be down time and traffic jams, so you have to make sure you're coordinating appropriately with your team. We're sending a lot of emails to a lot of people, so multiple colleagues have access - being able to jump in and take care of things individually is a good thing. For the first time ever, I have more than gut instinct when it comes to the effectiveness of our internal emails. The data is easy to understand and helping us be better communicators. With 7,000 employees in nearly 200 locations, we use email as a primary communications platform. What do you dislike about PoliteMail? We have suggested PoliteMail add a "draft" feature, as we often share drafts between multiple members of our team. The first step was understanding our baseline metrics on various emails. The features that I appreciate most are the prototypes, planning and statistics. Using the platform we've already arranged some personalized e-newsletter models, and it was pretty simple. And for scheduling, other methods that we've used allow my computer to be on and on the system for an email to be transmitted at the predetermined time — which totally contradicts scheduling purposes. For PoliteMail don't have to think about it. And the statistics are also helpful in monitoring what hours / days are better to send messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about PoliteMail? The main thing I just do not like is the continuing problems I've seen since the last version of PoliteMail. Helped us understand what content or message is working during this critical time. As Governments starting to shut business because of COVID-19, we needed to know that are our messages are reaching to all staff, and ensuring the content that we are providing are engaging. With Politemail, we quickly saw what messages our staff wanted to read and what they would skim over, which has changed our comms strategy and providing more engaging content like how to work remotely comfortably. We are solving a few problems at once with PoliteMail: our internal emails will now be formatted more professionally; our internal emails will be mobile-friendly; we'll be able to track responses to our communications; and we'll be able to target communications, e.g. to people who haven't signed up for compulsory employee training, etc. instead of communicating blindly with the entire group again and again.
