The tool is fairly simple to use and the overall reporting summaries for emails and campaigns offer a wide variety of slices on the data. Working within Outlook is a positive in some ways, but at times I'd like to just be able to work in a web browser to view metrics rather than doing so in Outlook. They've created a product that allows you to develop templates, track analytics around your communications, and create a comms cadence that will benefit your organization. While PoliteMail has a lot of great functionality and positives, it can be quite buggy. We've encountered issues sending to distribution lists and trouble with their servers; however the staff and tech teams at PoliteMail are responsive and helpful in problem-solving and trouble-shooting. Recommendations to others considering PoliteMail: If you need a tool that can provide analytics and tracking and have a need to send on behalf of others, this is a great tool. I also like that each message sent appears to be sent to a single person.
